Tech BS Question (more like a problem )

I have tech bs with 4lock and now i am thinking of making it a 2h bs like full tech and rest all str
So i tried increasing its proficiency and what i see that everything i craft according to bs guide says " seems to easy to acquire proficiency " and then i made some high difficulty equips like i crafted a lil empress garb and it gave me around 26% prof
So i wanna ask will i have to craft high level equips always and if its like that are there any chances that after sometime even these high level equips won't give me prof
Btw i haven't tried all equipment but have tried a lot XD

Fail or success, both give high % proficiency, more than 20% iirc.
I had my TEC up to 150 proficiency with only killer coat > diomedea suit > ghastly edge(2h)

 

so when u were increasing ur prof with these items was ur tech max (255) ?

 

Yes. This chara is a full Tec with 4lock.

 

Items up to 10 levels above your current proeficiency level may give you xp. So if you craft "high level items" such venena ones (lv 140), you'll be able to level up til 151 (but I particularly stop when proeficiency is above 8 levels than item level, since xp given is too low).
If you're going to level up through buying materials, the "easy items" are those made by drops of leveling bosses, such such masked or venena, bc due number of people farming them, the price of their drops are low.
