The Toraliseum

After much consideration, I've decided to post on the hosting of the Toraliseum, a fighting contest between players and the multitude of bosses in Toram, featuring a variety of modes of fighting that we ask participants to record so they can be posted here on the forums for your enjoyment!

We have all types of fighting, low fees to join and as previously stated a numerous way to kill! Additionally, we have a bidding pool so that spectators can bid on a winner, which could be especially exciting in the Tourneys!

All we ask is for people to come and sponsor certain events and to help me host and create new ideas.

Anyone fite me 1v1 rankhogging using lv1 char barehanded on zolban nm

 

I like this idea ; your not a fab potato tho isra

 

Funny thing is Zolban was nerfed.
His pair of small waves would usually flinch then tumble you, and if he chained it with his big wave, it would lead to an undodgeable death.
Now both pair of waves flinch, meaning that even if you don't dodge the second pair of waves, you can still dodge the big one.

 

what is the rules n regulation?

 

Depends on the type of fighting, but all fights must be recorded by each member to have spectators spectate.
1v1 and 2v2 duels are decided amongst the fighters. In that case the host is like a parent who simply decides a boss, difficulty and a prize compromise etc.

On 4v4 and Tourneys:
No Potions beyond Revita (unless the current host wants to spice things up)
No more than 1 of each class (can't have a team with 2 snipers or 2 mages, but that doesn't mean you can have multiple of the same weapon. You can have a OHB and an OHS+Dagger on a team)
Each team mate/ Tourney member can only die 2 times and then they're disqualified.

2. Perfectly okay, depending on the match type. 1v1 and 2v2 matches are recorded to just have something for people to enjoy, and can be done without the Toraliseum. 4v4 and Tourneys however, only 2 people on each team are required to video for this entertainment factor. 1v1 Tourneys require everyone to record, and if they are unable to record we will find someway to fulfill the void.
3. Class as in Mage, Swordie, Brawler, and Archer. Different builds can use the same weapon (OHS+Knuckles and OHS+Dagger) but have totally different ways to damage the enemy. There will be precautions taken to make sure multiples of the same build or builds too similar to each other won't be used on the same team.

What are the win conditions and what are we competing at?
Its not clear yet imo.

 

Win conditions depend.
Could be highest DPS, could be fastest time, could be doing something with the least team mates dying

The first tourney is a simple Dps tree, the harder you hit that the next guy, the more likely you are to proceeding


What are we competing at? Can't tell if that's where or what for...
Where are the various bosses in Toram, with timed matches including minibosses since all that's needed is a timer.
What for is gladiatorial fame and Spina, alongside whatever sponsors decide to add in. I find this easier to explain via notes on line since I can't really make a sub-forums here dedicated to this

 

Better make lv restriction also
By using -65lv when fighting boss.

That means lv 65 and below boss
All participant using lv 1 char only

Y not.
That will make skill restriction..on certain builds. Isn that gonna show how u used ur skill and not just crazily spam cambos like mad man. Its just show its nice to play with handicap. And its much more fun that way. And see if the one pvp or with 2vs2 can coordinate and fight with each other so the other side not dying by shifting aggro.

 

Im not having level ones go to their deaths. I'll have level 90+ do that instead
