    Yeah, gonna go with BK here and say it's Photoshopped.
    What gave me the cue?
    - The post bases itself on a maintenance which still never occurred, thus having the ability to predict when it ends is impossible (random maintenance delays happen)
    - The distortion on the image near the "Maintenance Details" title
    - The numerous mistakes ("Implemented of", "obtainet") in the maintenance page, which NEVER occurs (if you want Asobimo screwing up basic English, play the story instead)
    - The details stating that the skills are only obtainable if you are at level 100 or above, which clearly contradicts the devs' intention of making it a selectable weapon in the character creation menu
    I'm all up for some good pranks, but this isn't a good prank by any means. Did the guy who made it even try to make it look legit? (Oh, and in case you're that guy, lemme ask again: ARE YOU EVEN TRYING?!)

    As from what i heard, we can chose katana weapon when we create a char. And the previous official vid teaser of the dmg of the katana weap used/shown there kinda confirms that u can use katana even on lvl1. And i could be wrong too.
