    Congratulations to all the winners! I'm really glad I won the Suzuki Producer Award for Perfectly Timed Photo but I don't understand the claiming instructions on the blog. They said to confirm our Facebook account settings before they send the direct message. How do I do this? Is it the private message settings they're talking about? Hope you guys can help me out. Thanks!

    Hi!

    They sent me a message on Facebook with clear instructions on how to redeem the award. They did not refer to "confirming Facebook account settings." And I don't know how to use Facebook so unfortunately, I can't help you there. :(

    In facebook you can "avoid" stranger's messages in a direct way, not being them your friends, (I have that setting) so what you must do if you have that is to go to messages, look for requested messages, and see, why requested you may ask, that's because they messaged me as a person, so yeah toram created a person account.

    Okay I just found the message. It was in the message requests section which I was not aware of. No wonder I didn't get it, it was hidden :/

    Ikr I hate that poop haha I didn't notice I had order from Facebook hubs till a month later xD cuz they don't show in the messenger app just like website version, lmao love how they told people they can't tell anyone about the pm xD

    Not yet. I just contacted Toram today with the instructions. I'm still waiting for their email. Not sure if the code given in the instructions is the same code I'll use for the prize.
