Twin-Head Dragon Talisman issue?

Either I'm misinterpreting what it does, or it is currently broken. I can't find any info on it, but from what it says, I'd assume it stops the user from being affected by flinch, tumble, and stun. I've tested flinch and tumble, both still work on you. I heard there was also an issue with berserk not functioning as it should, so I'm wondering if the issues might be connected? I don't know how to contact a dev, which is why I'm posting here in the hopes that someone can either tell me how, or do it for me.

right?
ur flinch/tumble/stun skills wont work on enemy thats the meaning unavailable

 

unavailable = you can't use it
otherwise it would be "immune to" or "negated"
