Unknown Error?

    Can anybody tell me why i might be getting this error message? Are the servers down? They doing maintenance? I have done everything i can think of...resetting network settings, clearing app cache, restarting device several times....nothing worked.

    2 of my friends were saying they were at Don Yeti and their ampr was not reloading and how they could not use tele's let alone recovery items. Then logged off to fix problem and can't even get back on now. They both might think it's a Don Yeti glitch but idk.

    To add: I however am still online, just sitting infront of Finstern and have just been sitting there all day long. I have not been kicked off the game nor have tried doing anything let alone leave that spot. I am waiting for someone whom I was helping quest and they kinda just disappeared offline 3h ago and I have been sitting here ever since lol

    Months of player progress was wiped clean, so we were rolled back like 5 months , many lost characters some lost items and others a lot of spina

    Scary, I only been playing since December 2019
    That would be tragic for me. Idky my game didn't kick me off though. Though I'm just sitting there doing nothing and haven't left my spot nor changed maps.

    I'm still on the game just sitting there infront of Finstern haha, I'm sure if I got up and tried moving to a different area I would be kicked off the game.

    I'm also stuck at the unknown error..do I have to wait for it to be fixed or I have to fix it? Cuz I tried everything that I can to fix it like restarting the device and the app and even reinstalling toram..pls need help T-T
