What is the easiest class to level to 150?

What is the easiest class to level to 150? Not talking about NC or whatever, but through mobs, minobosses and bosses. Lets assume that we only have npc equipment and mob drops ns, and play solo with mercenaries. I have a katana but leveling with Zantei is a death sentence(literally) because you either:
1. Time it wrong, get hit and die
2. Dodge the attack
3. Parry the attack successfully and do damage
4. Parry the first attack, get hit by the second
5. Fail to parry
6. Miss
Keep in mind I can't use lvl4 skills yet so no finale lol
I am willing to put 40-50 points in vit to stay alive.

Bow.
1) Easy long range sniping.
2) Fast-ish attacks so no lock down.
3) Can optionally take pet support skills.
4) Can use katana as sub for close range defensive skills.

That's my opinion.

 

Any AGI (knuckle, halberd, DW) based build is easy to use, but their dps is a bit limited when compared to STR or DEX builds.

 

to be honest if you want to rush to 150 i would highly suggest dual sword or mage, dual sword being the unpopular class while mage being the mainstream one

dual sword and mage can get a decent AoE at level 1

now you have to mp charge

Spinning slash for dual sword
Pros:
cheap to cast 1 mp
deals ok damage

cons:
knockback
not so much damage so you have to cast it twice
the DoT cant finish certain mobs

and at later levels you have skills to burst damage for boss fights

pros:
high damage
cons:
high cast time

Dual Sword
Charging Slash
pros:
decent damage, instantly deals damage
unsheathe so you can use odelon (10% unsheathe attack) crystals
cons:
flies away from your enemy (fly like a butterfly, sting like a bee)
slow animation unless you build agi

Phantom slash
pros:
meh damage, could be comparable to some lv4 skill tree skills if you try hard enough
invincible while casting, just like meteor blade

On a side note at level 100+, most people would prefer a mage with a stun skill over a kirito(dual sword) user
therefore i would highly suggest building a mage with 255 int 50 vit or whatev stat u want then rest luk so you can get crystals from bosses easier. makes you pro instantly(not rly instant but it makes the grind for spina easier)

 

i find it easier to 150 on a katana using hasso than other classes if you dont have lvl 4 skills yet.

 

yeah hasso/zantei combination on katana would be your best bet if you are doing boss fights but on early levels hasso happa-ing mobs isnt really mana friendly

 

1mp quick non 150% hasso combos for mob farming. mp has never been a katana user issue with shukuchi

Tank is all rounder fastest, but u need guardian and a pt

2h or halberd is fastest dps, halby loses much at lv4 skills though

Katana needs funding to be true fastest...i mean odelon, and troublesome lv4

Mages storm has hopeless dps, for stunning better use a tank. Or try brave aura?

Snipers has not that great dps, no decoy limits ur options

DW is a complex class, and no future expansion as of now

So go tank or 2h, supports never exists and probably never will...unless in gem runs

 

I decided to go 2h but it's kinda sad to see my lvl 50 2h deal nearly 60-100k crit total(30-60k noncrit) on the final slashes of rampage, but my zantei smite is only 140-160k. Note that's without any magic or physical proration, because I auto attacked over 10 times. My gears suck of course, but please feel free to add your opinion about the easiest class to level.

Edit: Stuck between tank or katana. Doin both I guess when I feel like it.

 

U are underleveled to see good dmg, even lv4 skills wont be that high too. Also zantei is much stronger than rampage, though not like u can activate zantei easier than rampage or tempest though

 

It's good damage for me lol, Zantei is cool but risky. Very risky unless you never make mistakes.

 

zantei used to be really good but right now its damage is only comparable to 4th tree skill damage for other class, not to mention the prerequisite of needing to block one damage to actually deal its maximum damage, you would end up being behind on dps vs ppl with lv 150 skills. but again zantei/hasso happa would be ur best damage choice if u are lower than 150

 

Personally my bow sniper capped first.

Mages are useful for levels below 110, after that the bosses either move too much such as Ifrid and Salamander or have high def such as Iconos, this is where storm loses its AOE advantage.

For a bow sniper, you can easily solo with a good tank merc. Mp wouldn't be an issue since smoke (save) can make high damage 1 mp combos, paired with quick draw which has chance to recover 100mp. Smited arrow rain is also a good dps skill, after smited snipe, and is useful for higher level mob farming (can use help from attacker merc here) or bosses in general.

 

I'm gonna get some hate for suggesting this, but I would believe that TANK is easiest and fastest to level. Tanks do not require too much expensive gear - slap some vit, get some shield with aggro stats, and armor/add gear with hp boosts along with a NS dark fighter bangle and you're set to go. Guardian gives you good AMPR so xtals for MP are not as important.
As long as you get some powerful mercs to help you kill bosses between lvl 50 and ~69 (you "leech" mino until 76 and masked warrior until you get to 82 for MS). Tanks are able to masskill the late game minibosses. Their large pool of HP means you dont die quickly. Your lack of DPS from not having tier 4 skills is not an issue at all, as everyone needs a stunner as well as someone to hold aggro while they finale. I've heard from guildmates many stories getting kicked out of parties due to lackluster DPS as well as the fact they die too quickly.
Nearing the top (120+ - lapin, 130+ - Evil Magic Sword and 143+ - odelon), tanks enable parties to mass kill, so as long as you get 3 finale mages to leech off of while you hold the aggro of multiple minibosses you'll be leveling much faster than almost every other class, as you are guaranteed a masskill party.

If you can't stand playing as the tank - just go for anything that uses a shield. OHS shield has both AOE DPS (Sword Tempest gains favours for mass killing), and many pts go "lf1m stunner" so you wont get kicked from parties, even if you die often, because everyone needs you.
