What is the highest hp/mp bonus from equipments?

I'm looking for equipments that give a great amount of max hp/mp boost. I only know of Sakura Kimono III as the highest hp boost giving armor and a hat as the highest mp boost giving additional gear. Sakura Kimono III gives a hp boost of 2000 and the hat gives a mp boost of 1000 . So,is there any armor/additional gear/special that gives a higher mp/hp boost?
