Key, I don't really read light novels, but after a quick read through of each ones description in kinda torn between LMS and Ark.

Zhan Long and LMS aren't reaallly 'Light' Novels ._. They are full blown Novels xD 1000+chapters...

Btw, The Gamer... I know there are 2 stories with that title, but one is manhua, and the other is an English web novel made in a forum somewhere, which was re-titled "The Games We Play".

Other novels not listed here would Rising of the Shield Hero(Otherworld summoning story w/ game-like elements, Skill Proficiency, Levels, Skill trees, etc)
and there is that trilogy of novels starting with "Virtual World"; Legendary Thief, Unparalleled Under The Sky.( I forgot one :x)

People should read OSO. Toram's "there are no classes" vision is prolly rooted to the likes of this stories/LN. Another Toram-like LN is "Toaru Ossan no VRMMO Katsudouki".
