where's the monster ?

I just play toram in abyss of no return , but the monster is not spawn , what's the matter ?

I've got the same issues mine didn't start until late last night and I've done pretty much everything I can think of that is safe for my account meaning no data deleting etc..
If you did do the reaquire data did it work?
I'm asking because I did this last week once they did the maintenance and said it needed to be done..So could you let me us know if it worked properly please?
