Which Blacksmith/Synth/Tamer Builds Can Be Combined? +Misc Questions

1. I'm familiar with there being synthesist, tamer, statting blacksmith, STR blacksmith, INT blacksmith, VIT blacksmith, and DEX blacksmith, can any of these be combined while still being able to produce maximum quality of items/pets? (my example would be Farmer/Refiner, it seems all the farmer builds I look up have all of the refinement skills at max)

2. Are there any other blacksmiths? AGI, for example?

3. What should secondary stats be for each blacksmith?

4. What should I do after the main quest? I have no problems finishing the main quest, I have 2 characters at 136, but the bosses and mini bosses that coryn.club recommends I level on kick my butt even with 4 person team (me, second char, guild merc, pet). The regular monsters I can manage, but they still kill me if I'm not careful. None of my items are statted so I assume I should start with that? Would getting NPC blacksmith items until I can get some statted items be useful?

 

You never combined Dex and Str together? You wouldn't even have to worry about the difficulty because of the Dex, probably.

If you didn't reach lv. 150 yet, I'd suggest doing that first, tier 4 skills make lvling way easier. Also, you should party up with other players, your 2nd char and pet are most likely hardly contributing to the overall damage output.

• 136 - 142: Builder Golem [you're going to find a pt there; it may take some time, but it is better than trying to level at nm/ulti bosses]
• 142 - 154/155/156: Venena Coenubia (Normal)
• 154/155/156 - 168/169: Venena Coenubia (Hard)
• 168/169 - 177/178/179: Venena Coenubia (Nightmare)
• 175 - 180/181: Altoblepas/Mithurna Lynx
• Once you reach lv. 150, you should go to the library at Sofya to get your tier 4 skills, and then continue with the lvling. If you're bored of Venena, do other bosses.

 

Combined DEX and STR for a blacksmith? I haven't made a blacksmith yet. Or combined DEX and STR for my 2hand, yeah I'm 255 DEX and 91 STR right now.

My pet is definitely not contributing much damage right now, he's low level and he's a pain to level, but I read that he would help with proration. My 2nd accompanying character is level 136, so should be doing damage.

 

Str/Dex Blacksmiths are the most cost efficient smiths there is. Both stat indirectly increases crafting success rates, and are very flexible in terms of combat builds you can do with them. I have had my str/dex BS start out as a 1h shield user 2 years ago, then switched it up to bow 1 year ago, during the rollback debacle, i switched to dw. It has no issues with dealing w/ mobs or bosses on the same level. I have not tried the character with a Pet yet tho, coz i dont have time to raise them, despite having 3 pets atm.

 

It’s better to have multiple accounts and create all desired builds ! I will never recommend for mix build hybrid because it’s a taboo! XD

 

1.) Yes you can, some weapons like katana, md, bow and halberd needs 2 status to gain potentials.

Best combination is DEX>STR or STR>DEX since this kind of smith can create 4 equipments.
✓THS(1 pot every 10STR)
✓BOWGUN(1 10DEX)
✓OHS(1 pot every 20STR or 20DEX)
✓BOW(the same as OHS)

at 250 STR and 250 DEX (at lvl 190 I guess),
THS = 25pots
BG= 25pots
OHS= 24pots
BOW=24pots

and the best class to use this smith is BOW.


2.Yes, Knuckles gets max pots from Agi alone.

More so I was looking at builds like Farmer/Refiner. It seems every magic device/staff farming build I come across also has all of their refinement skills maxed out, so my assumption is that LUK is what is needed for refinement, and so a farming build and refinement build can be combined.

is 250 str 210 agi and rest tec a viable option?

 

240 STR 220 AGI rest TECH. It gives 23 pots in total.

250str 210 agi rest tech only gives 22 potentials.

20STR= 1 pots and 20AGI= 1 pots
✓250/20 = 12.5 rounded down 12
✓210/20 = 10.5 rounded down 10

Make both stats even because at 195 (517stats points *not sure tho*)
260str/20 = 13
220agi/20 = 12
37tech

25 pots is already good *^*)b
