Why aren't there any portals?

Seriously,other abiso game had portals alike teleport to save times walking.
Imagine you walk from sofya to where iconos is or other far boss stage hell.It take like 2 to 5min,i wonder how people manage to bear with that.
Take MQ as an slim example,you head to a rather far place then talk to an npc,he telepprt you back to town,then you had to walk back to him hell.
I know several previous event did had a portal stuff to boss stage directly like iconos and jade.

 

becuz we have teleport items

 

save points, teleport items, teleport tickets. we have those lol

 

Save time walking? Buy tele tickets with orbs and support this 'probably tuyul infested' game a little longer! Keep this game from dying

In game development wise tho, walking is part of the experience in open-world games soo. If i'd give a (bad) example: Maplestory pre-BB era

There many npc(that sell tele tix)/ spawn points in this game(sofya,garden,el scaro,einklang,haromedia etc)
Each place sell tele tix, example u say iconos...wtfff...the tele near it is einklang..and just need 1 screen map over to go to it.
For jade...i say r u ..haiz.......its near el scaro,
If u say nurenoth i can feel u but that 2 boss , nit so much

 

They did add portals, but it is full of insects

 

ppl are just too lazy to walk.

 

As there is emblems in dying, there is also emblems in walking. Toram is not just a floor with monsters on top of it. Of course ppl are lazy and asobimo will highly advice you to buy tele items and burn orbs

 

There aren't any because GLaDOS has denied access to them.

 

I mean you can use orbs anytime

 

I walk all the time because I enjoy the changes in scenery and music. Walking also saves space teleports usually clog up. I now only keep ports to areas I frequent, but they're the first to get processed if space is needed.

 

Asobimo simply want us enjoy the graphic.
Did you try to look around when you go through any map? Example for this Sakura 3 event, when enter monster area( above boat), did you take a look on the Sakura tree around? Most ppl just enter and teleport out or concentrate on catching or hunting. but I spend the 60 sec to look at the Sakura tree, it’s really pretty.
