Rip dual blades...

If asobimo change dw auto attack total hit to 2 we just become dual gunblade with mobility to attack and dodge dangerous areas

 

So can you tell me what should be the build of a DS/DW because your saying that cypherian build is NOT a DS build?

So i dont want to debate about this. Just want to clarify things. As far as I know theres no particular build in any class. So it doesnt matter if Anyone use a 1h/2h skill in his DW because aslong as he use a "Dual Sword" no matter how build or skill tree he use he's clearly a DW hehe

 

Maybe you might have skipped some of my post. But what I said was that no one can really build a real "DW" if you're utilizing blade skill. DS skill is incomplete yet.
Its like you cannot be called a chef because you only know how to cook. a cook is different from a chef right?

 

Have you ever thought that Dual Sword Skills aren't meant to be a "stand alone" skills tree? I am with @Cypherian here. I believe that this skill tree was meant to be a sort of specialization players can choose for their character builds. (I'm staying away from the word advancement, that just reeks of Class-centric mmorpg ideology)

Here's a food for thought: When you create a character for the first time and chose to weild a sword, your starting skills tree is the Blade Skills tree by default. To me, that alone is an indication that Dual Swords Skill is supposed to be some sort of a complementary skills tree.

Who knows, maybe in the future we would get specialized skills tree for other weapons too like a Skills tree that allows Dual Bowguns, Bowguns+Sword, Staff+Sword, or Staff+Bowgun.

Don't get stuck on the notion of "Skills Tree = Class". Dual Swordie, 1HSwordie, 2hSwordie, 1HSword+Shield/Dagger/Arrow are not classes, it's just describes what weapon you use.

Haiii, Cyph is my guild mate and of my long time friend in game. I may be nobody but I would vouch for him. He can deffinitly out dps, break tank any class given fair circumstances. When I say fair... Consider hp of boss, elemental weakness, boss def, evasion etc...
So here is a proof of a DW out classing a kick/staff... I might have won dps only because of burst of dmg ut if this was a diff boss with higher hp. It will surely be a different story.

DUal bowguns? dual baretta maybe, but will need another skill tree for guns.

Why don't you try a DW which utilizes mage skill tree? INT+mage skill tree+Dual swords might have higher chance to defeat 2H and snipers than what you're DW can do
ANyway good luck with your DW testing. I saw Cypherian looking for some build testers. I feel bad that nobody wants to. (I'm thinking that maybe, because they believe that DS level 3 skill will be released soon and that it is a waste of time or orb if they will remake what theyre testing?).
I will stop now, but will wait for the video showing DW have defeated 2H and snipers.

Even if i post the video. What would stop you from saying that the video was rigged... again, i have nothing to prove to you. if you wanna prove something, we can do this in Infinite Challenge. my dw vs what ever you have.

simple - outrank a 2H or a sniper like what you said you're able to.

Hehe your wrong... Obviously you haven't been into any battle or you don't know how to secure rankings. I opted not to tap because I was pressured. I chose to cast smithed skills to secure a rank. If I didn't do that there would be a delay in the animation which might lead to a landslide lose. But then again you really don't care...
BTW you were called out for a duel, anything you have against cyph. What say you?

 

You are still missing the point. =.= I'm not even arguing about 3rd Tier skills for it and you still brought it up. I am not saying it couldn't possibly get any 3rd Tier skills. I am saying tho that it will be a Skills tree that is supposed to complement with Blade Skills tree. How about this, think of the requirements to get the dual swords skills tree: we need Level 30 to unlock it. That alone says should be the best indication that it's never gonna be a stand alone skills tree like the other main weapon skills tree.

PS. You better stop assuming that I'm don't have a Dual Swords using Magic skills. xD I have a whole nother account, most of it's chars(3 of em out of 5) are using Dual Swords, and I actually do have a Dual Swords mage.

I sometimes beat Snipe in DPS (IF I CAN KEEP ROGA NOT MOVE)
So yeah....

BTW, you cant tap because you wrry about animation delay / skill delay? Are you kidding? Use combo system: it will allow you to tap while comboing..

 

I don't use trigger slash. It is not a requirement anyway.
