Ingame mods. Where are they?

Hello Toram-ers. I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I'm looking to get hold of the in game moderators since i feel the need to report players who are, in my point of view, out of line. I have a little brother playing this game and feel like sexting in Rakau Plains has to be againt the ToS? I've come across this quite a few times and have yet to see any kind of moderation take place. This behavior is, in my opinion, unacceptable and very much ban-worthy since other underage kids are playing this game.
I do have screenshots available upon request to prove this and would like to know how to follow the proper channels.

^ the only thing you can do is spam the support desk which again, is pointless.
no one has the time and effort to go around banning players that just find ways to come back anyways ~

 

XPut the mic down man. Jk , well if you want to spam the support desk all day, you can do that but I doubt they will give any responses. Ignore those guys and just turn of your chat , or either way , dont enter rakau plains. That place is sick af. xD

Its either pervs in english ch or “ADD ME” in int ch. There really is no in between. Also int ch rakau is probs one of the only places youll see that gets full in 1 whole ass channel besides ancient empress A3. Pick your poison

Minus on each town :

• Rugio Plain : Basically like dessert, leftover from alpha
• El Scaro : No library
• Garden of Beginning : some dangeours
• Einklang : Town of Robot. No Cb, No bs, No other else. Only NPC for General Store. Only if Player come dedicated to had BS there replacing NPC, it will be awesome

El scaro will be like a place where pervert and trash talking appear

 

Of course, it's almost happening now..it's gonna happen everywhere.

 

I personally think players should be allowed to apply for moderators for each server maybe 2? And be able to mute players for certain amounts of time at least that way you don't have to constantly block them. I may sound like a party pooper but for the amount of young kids that play, id happily mute the perverts for them.

 

Remember the portal they did for an event that connected El and Sofya? why not add the same portal but this time, it will go to a labyrinth that has CB, Store, BS, Synth and Library that you can only go back the way you came in.

a portal on all major towns or ruins > teleported to an Asterisk/Addition Sign map that has all the NPC in the center but designed so that you cant abuse it to jump across towns. Theres no collision for players in this game anyways, right? so they could just stand up on top of each other, stacked.

as for the topic, turn chat off or block them.. same with those spamming free orbs.
