So which specialize should one choose for their first BS? Their own weapon or armor?

 

Honestly is up to the player, I don't recommend BS of Chemy on main char, I have 3 different BS and my main char. I am going to make a Chemy char aswell soon.

 

I'm just asking which one is more important and gives more benefit when being specialized. Also, why not make BS and Chemy on one char? Instead of separating them, i mean its not like we're on short of skill point(unless you put your main char as BS)

 

Main reason why not mix them, is cus you will need the skill points to open the 2nd tier of BM crafting and increase potential/success rate aswell.
Don't worry its really up to you.

Currently I am crafting Wolf Garb with over 51(Highest so far) Potential points, Wolf Bow with 47 Points(highest so far), and enjoying it very much, being able to proc good stats without failing is great.

So as my opinion, I wouldn't mix it. Chemy as 1 char, BM's as diff chars depending on what u wana craft .

 

i have my own BS character but i cant see woft bow in BS list ? my bs lvl 40, and what advise to make a BS with full dex ? how to up-grade profiency ?

 

My main crafter is the bow maker he is lvl 50 and crafting lvl 43 might be cus of the crafting lvl, because my magic device maker is onky lvl 19 crafting lvl and he cant see the other receipts.

 

so for that theory, in future, if i want to craft a lvl 100 bow, my BS bow must lvl 100 right ? my bs for bow now lvl 43, still can not craft woft bow....

 

You know theres 2 different levelz for crafters right?? Character level and Smithing/Synt level.

Ite your crafting level what you ned to level, not character level.

As a Smith or a Chemy, your PROFICIENCY or in this case your job's lvl is what rules the math or in this case the algorithm for this whole thing.

Potentials are a number which provides the smith a total amount of points which they can use to imprint different benefits or negative stats to the gear, since the gear is plain gear when crafted.
