I wouldn't bet on it. I mean maybe, but it seems like it's taken awhile.

 

You do know, that hype threads like these gonna get bashed in. Just a few moments after any player would still be offline after the maintenance.

It depends, their English is not top shelf it can both be interpreted as the are doing a roll back meaning we would be back to a point pre update, the literall reading suggests Data has been lost or corrupted, if this is the case it could be a very long time if ever that accounts will be recovered.... they expect the maintenance to last 2 hrs so 2am finish time if I remember right, throw in another 2-3 hrs to be sure... if we can't get in then I would not bank on getting back online anytime soon and good chance accounts will be gone.

 

I wouldn't mind if they restored a pre nerf roll back

They didn't say we will be able to log in. Actually, they said they are still trying to recover the system. So there is nothing to wait for after this weekly maintenance.
