Hell EMPRESS

Ehhhh, well, on third phase. Its relaxing for tanker because the empress only target all her atck on the lowest aggro in your party member especially mage with sneak atck >_< .Knuckle tank can spam alot of chakra, i usually use recovery on party members on 3rd phase. The only opponent for tanker at 3rd stage is cassy

 

I wonder how long it took for others to kill it. Took me 21 mins, my party was 2h (me), DW, mage, and a tank. Seemed like it was a very long run xD Her high evasion is very annoying though, and I mistimed Tempest a few times.

 

That double bump by the fireball sucks.

 

the third phase ball throwing is a b*tch,reminded me of zoe.


sometime she can change the target,so if she fling a yellow ball at you she can throw another one at your other teammate,and each of them has enough power to instantly one shot.


phase 1,2,4,5 is ez,but the 3rd phase is torture.

taking the dmg cap into count,you needed aproximate 400 successful hits to fully kill her at the 5th phase. (yes,when not being attack evaded)

 

I would probably need to take a break for 400 attacks unless there was a gattling knifer around. It would suck to invite someone only for 1 skill tho.

 

While yes, it is quite a long battle ( had me questioning “when will it end..?” the first time around) it is easier if the party doesn’t instantly quit just as tank dies ..
Aswell as using multi-hitter skills that deal multiple damages in one attack~ storm, tempest, spinning slash, arrow rain etc.
Long, but not impossible!
Timing, observation n will to reach the end :3 ...n out-living the ‘Hell phase’
Apparently seems like era of 3rd tier skills again

 

Tested the empress,the 3rd phase is just godawful.
Not only this puts dps on heavy strain,but as tank i don't know what to do (Casted recovery to prevent dps being slowed and trapped)
One of my idea is to dc when you tank so she will target you,but the problem is to regain Aggro quickly on next phase.
Also,i have tested ailment again,and turn out the piercing ailment only works for empress counter and cassy knockback from waves.

 

Crossbow-Dagger users just take up the slot for the Bow CF user. Not like you're using the bow user for anything other than CF anyway.

 

The heck with this 30 mins long battle... my filthy casual mobile gamer mind is so overwhelmed. We sign up to play mobile games, not dark soul. SMH

 

Ok I just beat it in less than 8 mins. The trick here is Gatling Knife. You will need 1 healer, 1 tank, and 2 gattling knife users.

Gattling knife can do a lot of dmg from phase 3 toward the end comparing to all other skills. You should try god speed wield and other speed buff because it's not that hard to dodge all the AOE, and the faster your gatling knife is, the better chance of survival you will have. Basically it's a YOLO LEROY JENKIN type of battle.

The healer/support is there to keep everyone alive and gives buff, AND clear the ailments if you got careless. Comes to think of it, i think the healer in my pt used Gattling Knife too, so the dmg was super fast.

Also make sure your pt has no one using any type of ailment skill. If you use impact, wear heaven add or york pendant. Each time ailment is inflicted on the boss, it will heal up, and that's super suck.

 

This made me want to reset my main just to farm this boss. I wonder if it's gonna be worth it...

 

it took me a whole fucking hour with just me and a tank

 

1 tank, 1 ths dps and 1 bg shield. Op bow user knocked out from the arena on the first phase.

 

He must be ranting deep inside haha

 

Yes, I like how the devs created this boss, eating your time while suffering depressing moments when you almost clear yhe run and boom, all suddenly fall from the arena. Like an incomplete download that error at 99%.

At least devs giving love to Tier 3 skills now^^/

 

Man I keep on finding noobs that can't get past the first 5min of the battle. They want to be carried and can't adapt to the situation. These people are not even prepared to kill this boss. Finding a good Pty without rage quitters is looking hard.

 

My experience in this boss mostly not good.
Mostly because the dps really love to rage on us,while the second one is because my phone lagged

Still tho,i must get that armor for sake of my collection

 

Quite related actually, most players quit as soon as :
1) tank dies
2) one member falls out, n says ‘jump’ so we may start over again :v
(Often pt disbands in between too, as soon as leader gets out)
3) battle gets a little hard..aka Phase 3 :b
4) they die, n instant teleport to town..not even waiting on members to revive them(!)
5) ‘takes too long, not worth it’ (no offence to anyone who might’ve said it)

N most annoying is when you or others accidentally tumble, flinch or stun her xD

Everyone wants best members, yet no one is prepared to try harder themselves.

Well, on normal typical days. Most of those player keep ranting, they say there's no challenge. This game is too easy. And suddenly when gespet II came, they said gespt II was broken af. >_<
Now, we have iron empress but. Its good opportunity since that kind of players since they are bored. The best part, they died in the first phase.

 

Point 3 mostly for me.

Point 5,does it count if i said "Jump,it will never end" when there is only 1 dps and tank left in phase 3?
Cus i feel kinda guilty xD
