Good point. I asked some other players in another game that I played before (Ragnarok Online, FlyFF, ROSE Online, RF Online, RAN, etc.) and it seems that most of the guide that they read like this, what they are needing basically are the hot spots. Like, yeah you can post a guide like so, but what about the perfect spot? How can a huge area be a money making map? these are some of the questions that I encounter most of the time. How about you guys? If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to post em up :) I'm open for suggestions on how we can make this thread be read by people with interest in making the community not so OP when it comes to money, just well balanced in some sort :) because as some other players do, like some of you which doesn't need to be mentioned, are making the price 1k-2k higher or sometimes 10k-100k more. Yes it is for your own benefit, but think about it. What if others think that it is "OK" to do it as well and just goes to the same price as yours? Will you raise the price by an inch or two again?

I like the way you think! TGS is one thing about material grinding which is really good for a selling point for scale arm crafters.

Equipment Grinding is basically hunting for a specific equipment that is on demand. One example would be Hero Scarf (UPDATED ADDITIONAL GEAR AS OF THE MOMENT). Hero Scarf is a huge help for glass cannons which lack survivability, which makes them a good example for the name itself, but having a little boost on hp (1000 to be exact) would help a lot for that 1 or 2 hits more. Not to get in dept with items here, basically, equipment grinding is all about selling the equipment on which is on demand or on which you think would be a good starting point for selling.

A little deeper meaning of this would be:
To maximize your game time by collecting equipment on which you would be selling either over and over again or to gain access to buy a higher/better equipment to grind a better equipment to sell.

    A simple example:
starting off with a luk mage, you would want to get something good. I've started with grinding additional gears which are tradable like brutal dragon helm. Yes, at first it is a bust to sell because not everyone appreciates the item, but then again, 2k doesn't sound bad. Jumping on, Ooze helmet is the next which jumps to 10k per sell, which is nice at first but is not enough. After that, something harder, and so on and so forth until I was able to access killing a viollacoon with a party to get Hero Scarf, which, at first was at a million for a non slot and rampaging 2 million for slotted and OMG pricing for 2 slots.

Equipment grinding also works for costume making such as killer coat app, etc. This works for hunter types of players who basically prefer hunting rather than buying or hunting-to-sell rather than buying-and-selling-at-a-higher-price.

This strategy also doesn't work as much in Toram because most equipments are non-trade, which sucks, but is also a good deal for hunters like me because grinding for that sweet War bowgun with a crit+12 and critdmg+6 isn't really bad at all :)

One last tip for this thread: EXPLORE WHAT GETS YOU HOOKED!
don't just rely on money in game. Sometimes, having friends hunt a specific item/material/crystal/equipment is really a good catch.

for an hour or two a day isn't bad at all :) I would suggest bitter nuts since that is really at a high demand right now :) You'll be wooping for a good spina if you can get a good price in the consignment board since waiting for a buyer while shouting will take up your time :)

for now I'm farming TGS and CSTEEL since there are also chances that I'll get XTALS, which I already did 2x in Ganglef, and never in Warmo XD ( not lucky enough though)

Your level doesn't matter. You just need patience, nice party and LUCK :). When I hit 70 I created a mage char with storm for farming purposes and it helped me a lot.
