New game bug (error code)

Any idea?? I tried closing the app, Resetting my iPad .. I still encounter this
When I'm about to enter the boss challenge the game crash and this what happen.

Not able to enter any boss. Challenge.. Don't know how to report it coz its in Japanese...."contact us" icon..

 

I am on a android galaxy and this also happen
I also cant buy anything from sololo or any merchant (idk of thats a bug) as. There is nothing in shop and I crash trying to go into guild bar

I got it, but got rid of it by watching videos and playing a different game for 30 minutes on my iPad. I don't know if that will work for everyone, but I think it's worth a try.

 

Nice, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it worked afterwards

 

worked for a while but still got the error.

 

Just have to clear the phone cache. You only have to uninstall, if that doesn't work.

 

Well I encounter it five times already. It happen when entering a boss challenge then crash this error pop up.
So what I do is doing somthing else like farming For 20 min and it's back to normal... Zzzzz
And good bye to my adrenaline lol

 

They were supposed to fix in the maintenance this morning. Did they?

 

Lol my char was flying lastnight with sword? whats happening.

 

try moving to other map then back to bosss map.

 

Does anyone know how to open Toram? I couldn't open it for days! This also happened on my dad's iPhone.. Error code 001

I figured out the problem. It was because of the wifi/network. I tried going to a cafe with wifi and it works :3

Try closing the app. If that doesn't work try reinstalling. Is your wifi good? Also, if you have a problem you can always make a thread about it instead of commenting of a dead thread. ( or used to be dead )
