The idea is to cheat the other player out. If you ever watch the show pawn stars or any show with money and bidding you will understand. They buy items and resell them for a higher amount. This really only works for armor or gears tho since most items are fixed priced. It's a small gamble. You can win big or make a major mistake.

 

I bought BD xtal for 100k, since i dont have armor slot yet i decided to put it in the shop for 300k, well. So what if people think its overprice, i dont even care if it would sell or not if someone buys it ,then thats ok if not then until i can get a slotted armor im gonna use it for myself soon, so eitheir ways its not bad for me than putting the xtal to my storage, same as mmh, since 25k is kind of cheap maybe some players buy it 45k in the shop so its obviosly they can make more profit than to you,but . . If the item cannot be sold then im sure that that mmh well become a self use. Thats the only point i can say.

 

Buying at a low price and Selling for a High price is called Business its a way to gain profit. Sometimes its common sense

 

Its not GOOD but its not BAD also,Buy and reselling exist in the real word you need go out and explore outside,to know how the world so cruelX/ the real talk is when you buy something OP price in the shop you feel depress where you can buy a lower and exact price on shout chat, this is the reason why i dont buy rev lV at shop that cost 30-40k,lol just shout buy revlV f0r 15k and seller comes at you. If he buys that item though its op then its not our problem anymore there must be a reason why they buy that,as seller then extra profit is yours.

Buying and reselling is how most everybody on the planet makes money. I could literally debate how this applies, in one way, shape, or form, to any job u throw at me(I hope)

 

Economic classes or not, any person who has played video games long enough ( or mostly any game that is multiplayer. Especially for MMO's ) should be able to understand the rules to buying and reselling and how it can be helpful and not helpful.

Not really. Scamming is more like stealing from another person or making a fraud scheme. When buying and reselling all your doing is earning a bit more than what the original owner sold it for.

Buying and selling for a higher price is something every country does and it keeps the economy flowing ..
buying shares of big companies like BMW and SIMENS just to resell when they have a higher worth..
(only having German DAX examples sry for that)
