    Hate to say this but banning private msgs to others about other forums is a violation of personnal space and monotoring private discussions same.it doesnt effect me as i dont but to warn others of this is a violation of personnal rights.ofc i agree with you on open threads and discusdions.

    As a general rule, any post you make on a forum owned by someone else - public or private - becomes the property of the forum owner, unless otherwise noted. This is clearly explained in our Terms Of Service.

    This is not illegal.

    Internet forums are owned and operated by individuals and are private property. I am not obligated to allow you onto my private property, and I may ban you from the site because it is Sunday or some other day ending in Y.

    This is not illegal, either.
