Depends on what build you are wanting to make, I recommend restarting your character. There are plenty are guides out there.

It is restarted, this is just what I was thinking of going with. I've looked through the guides, can't really find anything
I want strength, mainly, but I also want high attack speed. Higher hp for being able to tank if i need to, and I need to be able to break

    Wow super scattered stats.
You should really focus on one role right now. Level cap is pretty low so being a hybrid won't get you to far right now. I'd go pure str/dex if you want high damage. Pure vit if you want to be a tank. Not both, you'll lower your damage out put, and won't be tanky enough to make a difference. As far as breaks and atk speed go those aren't based off of stats too hardcore. Str raises attack speed along with agi. Breaks are based off of skills (I could be wrong on this one. Never cared for breaks other then breaking bosses with hardhit) gear will probably be your biggest atk speed booster

i dont really recommend scattered stat points cus that way, you wont be able to specialise in anything. you may feel that it's a good build right now, but i assure you as you farm more and the level cap increases, it's gonna be a HUGE pain to level and you're gonna be extra squishy (my personal experience).
i'd say stick to what is recommend, AGI for brawlers, INT for mages and etc. so it really depends on what you are.
I only recommend adding stat points to a 1:1 ratio once you have at least 130 stat points on one skill.
so as of now, focus on one skill then do the 1:1, if you'd like.

    i hope that helps!

ASPD can be added by a set of xtals and equips, or full AGI.
as for hp, there's also equips and skills for it (note : buy the Survivability tree, there's HP boost that adds around 50% if maxed)
as for breaking, that depends on the amount of interrupts you do with a skill to a boss's aoe, also depends on tapping. so all of that mixed together in a bowl will award you with a breaker.

The thing is you're trying to create a character that can do everything when it's implausible atm. Sure, you might be able to tank forest wolf, for example, but a tank only shines when it's up against one of the hardcore minibosses like Golden Skelly and you won't be able to do that with a scattered build like that. Your damage will also be subpar in every aspect. You need to take advantage of the Stat your class is most attuned to rather than putting four Stat points into Int for example. What's that for? A little mana? A little magic damage? Whatever the case might be, it's not enough to make a difference, especially if you're a melee class.

Prioritize one Stat and make your build count.
