Forehead protector was a drop during the potum event (which is over now) so you'll have to buy from players if you want one. (@firefox1981 prob has a few)

Dragon ear stat is 5CD% n something else..I forget

 

22 forehead protectors stocked up ^.< 400k each atm but price will raise to 800-900k next month.

To remodel an armor to heavy, you have to wear it to the sofya town blacksmith and select the remodel option when you speak to him.

Not sure which you're referring to by "where"...but you see those pretty pink link that says "click here for equipment drop location..."? Try clicking on them ..maybe that'll help.
