A small rant about why I dislike asobimo.

JP server has the same Lv cap, the same items, the same everything as us on Eng/Int and Taiwan server. There was an old pre-alpha server only open to Japanese Symbian users, but I don't think its still running. What we have now in Toram, is all there is.

 

Translating and importing, and I sorta get what you mean with background steps for making the game compatible for our devices and such.

 

Wait...aren't the eng and JP version going developed at the same pace? At least that's what everyone kept saying.

 

now i feel like a total idiot. I guess what i really should say is, Wasted opportunities. Aka Useless updates which nerf things that didnt needed to be nerfed and Dying hype for pets and such, Its been nearly a year asobimo.

I think the JP one for the symbian phones is still running, it had a really nice Halloween event...

 

There is mention of JP Domoco toram. If anyone knows wtf that poop is ill be damned.

 

I think toram is one of the unique mmorpgs exception of asobimo which the english and japanese version are the same

 

hmmm... ever since i played toram i never spent real cash for anything (orbs, etc.)
money is important for the developers of any game...
and imo if asobimo don't get money from these games, there'd be no updates and probably we'll get stuck at the time the lvl cap is around lvl 55 XD

just saying... we can still "win" in boss battles w/ our skills & stats...

 

I feel ya, but despite my lack of luck in Avatars lol I don't feel Toram and Aurcus are cash grabs (just my personal opinion anyway, and they're the only ones I 've tried so far, also Avabel a bit, but I didn't like it). They didn't feel like pay-to-win games to me unlike some collect-all-heroes type of games, or Walking Dead (just stop raiding me plitttth), or other online fps where I need to pay for better gears to kill and not be killed. Tbh, I play Toram mainly to chill after being stressed out from fps games XD

 

Just saw this now. But wahh really?? Already almost complete? That reminds me of someone in party telling us before about the 10k HP crystal in Jap version o_o

 

I mean, maybe even before the official mobile release both in Japanese and English servers (& Int'l), maybe he and that player in party meant there was already some sort of prototype complete version of Toram (in Japanese ofc) so everything including the chapters in mq are complete. But I dunno, until I see that freaking xtal it's all urban legend to me

 

I actually enjoy Toram for the simple fact that it isn't a P2W game. Like MANY MANY other Moblie MMORPG's. Where you'd have to spend money just to farm dungeon bosses or get a powerful skill/ weapon upgrade. Before I found Toram I played Age of Wushu which turned out to be a SUPER P2W game couldn't get far with spending cash smh.
