Some Reasons why People hate/Dislikes/Annoyed in toram

1) Farming and Storm has been covered.
2) Crashing is dependent on the user's hardware.
3) BK covered orbs and avatar spending. I believe there is more satisfaction in putting the work to make your own look, but that's just my opinion.
4 and 5) Nothing someone can do about carelessness except through hard and sometimes bitter experience.
6) PvP can work but many of the combat mechanics would need to be changed such as targeting, flinching while casting, HP and damage scaling, and evading/guard rates.
7) This has been covered, if you think something is too high or low then lok for more reasonable vendors. The consignment board has made prices a bit more competitive so this isn't an absurd issue.

If I had to list my own issues, they would have to be the calculation of the Breaker rank and how Knuckles as a main weapon are outclassed. That and how players lack incentives to play as underused "classes" due to lack of reward for doing so.

 

My opinions:

1) I don't really care if my party members don't have storm because I only party with like 2-3 of my friends. They have storm so it's a good party. But sometimes, I "LFP" for bosses and bosses don't really need AoE attacks so I'm good for storm.

2) My device is good. I rarely crash but occasionally, I do.

3) It's whatever. I mean, being F2P and all, you're bound to not get everything you want.

4) I don't buy from randoms most of the time which knocks off some scammers. Then there's the service scammers. I don't buy services actually. I do use them from my guildies but other than that, no buying necessary for me.

5) I discarded 2 pumpkin apps to sell and overreacted for like, 5 seconds to my guild but I can still manage my toram life. There are other things to sell anyway. Plus, I forget to lock things too and if I'm selling them, I don't lock.

6) I'm good without PvP tbh

7) I sell a lot of things for less that people take advantage of it. Sucks but at least I get spina.

 

Toram is mundane. Enough said.

 

1.) When I get invited to a random pt when farming I don't care if there is at least 1 non Mage or 2. I don't have any right to say that they need to switch and I find that unnecessary. I'm not in the place to say something like that and I wouldn't leave the party unless they don't attack. However, if I was a leader for a party I would kick them right away. I don't see it as class racism. When I'm a leader of a party I seek higher expectations then in a random party.

2.) Crashing depends on your phone and wifi connection. It's not like it can be easily fixed. It's a frustrating and a small drawback from playing the game, but it's what any typical gamer has gone through.

3.) Orbs are expensive to buy and that's why you need to use them wisely. The game itself is based for 12+ year olds and people by then should know not to blow millions of dollars into games, especially children who use their parents credit card without asking. But it's not like anyone listens to age restriction. Toram Online isn't one of those " Pay to Win " games so it's not like buying Orbs in necessary.

4.) Finally we have someone who does agree that people who gets scammed are carless. If you get scammed it's your fault for being fooled. You can check the items they sell you before the actual trade, yet some are so eager to tap their thumb on the screen in front of them.

7.) Inflation started after C.B was added, not to mention the tax. Ooze used to be 700k on C.B and now it's 1m. People put items like Practive Revita for 10m.

 

On your 4th point ive indecated on every scam thread its there own fault lol but sadly ppl will never learn thus why scammers will continue to do so.

 

You're right about inflation but you're wrong about the cause of it.

Inflation is based on the amount of money (spinas) in the economy and how much each spina is worth. If there's only 1M spinas in the economy, then each individual spina is worth much more than spinas in a 1Bil+ spina economy. So, having 1k spinas in the earlier days of Toram was much more significant than it is now due to inflation.

More money is being introduced (selling through NPCs) than is being taken out (CB tax, various NPCs like remodeling, synthesizing, and buying from stores). It's no wonder the prices of things are going up because people have more money to spend. On top of this, Toram's economy seems to be growing (simply based on player base) and the appetite for very rare items will increase with the size of the player base.

I could go on, but the only thing that the CB has done to increase prices is by increasing the visibility of OP or rare items. So no, CB didn't cause inflation, it caused increased demand. Inflation has been occurring since the introduction of Zoktzda Ruins or earlier.

 

Only 1 viable option left for mass decrease in prices = well off players leaving game meaning if 8 ppl with 500m in spina vanished to never return = price deflation due to lack of big money spenders etc etc
Edited: btw torams econemy has decreased imo english server in farming spots is practicly non exsistent.
International channel now seems to be mainly resellers with a few dedicated farmers+botters @mmh spots.

 

Not all rich players are big money spenders, some are more of the money-saver type.

 

Not all im saying the money investors like mat to smithing or resselers.
Im a hoarder so ill be the type you classed.

English server doesn't have a lot of people selling. Heck, people have started role playing in Sofya. I haven't tried the farming spots yet in English, but marketing in that server is so quiet.

Yeah PvP in Toram is an obvious and absolute no-no. Besides the fact that they've confirmed various times there won't be PvP, the game isn't designed for it. Although I'd enjoy some sort of "arena mode" for build vs. build battles.

^^ Also, considering that Bosses have more Hp than us, yet we can 1kill some of them. That includes bosses like Ganglef. So... Ganglef is over the HP limit a character can have by a long shot so if there was PvP would the dmg be lowered for us? Or would it be like a fight where VIT is actually necessary? ( as far as I'm concerned the max HP I seen on a character was like 50k. So unless there is new gear or skills that boost HP that not higher than 100k+ which is the regular for bosses)
