    Minimum Potential: 54
    Step 1: add c-rate+1% (53pot left)
    Step 2: add c-rate+1, hpRec-7%, mdef-7% (152pot left)
    Step 3: add atk+7%, stat+7%, c-rate+11%, c-rate+11 (-40=69%)

I have a question, I see in multiple formulas but lets use im7i11 as an example
    "Minimum Potential: 54
Step 1: add int+4% (14pot left) <---| what is the purpose of adding int points before the negative stats?
    Step 2: add int+1 (8pot left) <--|
    Step 3: add hpRec-7%, def-7%, dodge-7 (159pot left)
    Step 4: add int+11, int+7%, matk+7% (-21=99%)"

does it reduce the penalty multiplier, and if it does reduce the multiplier by adding the same category points in multiple steps, why don't all formulas call for each stat to be added 1 point at a time like the C11 11 11 etc
sorry if this was confusing, just another blksmith/stat-er trying to understand the logic behind the making of a efficient formula

Since there is yet to be any penalties, it's best to use as much non-penalized pot, as possible.

This can be categorized as a filler stat, to maximize the potential gained from negatives.

20% potential gained from adding 2 stats from the same category.

Even if there is remaining potential, once a total combination of 6 positive/negative stats are added, you're unable to remodify the equip.
Thus the reason matk+% was left to be added on the last step.

There is no reduction, penalties are calculated on the steps they're added on, and carry over to the following steps.

The reasoning behind this is as follows:

    Using atk+7%, cdmg+11, c-rate+11, c-rate+11% as an example.
    Minimum Potential: 26
    Step 1: add cdmg+8 (2pot left) non-penalized
    Step 2: add c-rate+1% (1pot left) 20% penalty
    Step 3: add c-rate+1, mdef-7%, dodge-7 (121pot left) 45% penalty
Step 4: modify c-rate 10 times, each time adding +1 c-rate, to end with c-rate+11(111pot left) 45% penalty
Step 5: modify c-rate% 10 times, each time adding +1 c-rate%, to end with c-rate+11%(101pot left) 45% penalty
    Step 6: add atk+7%, cdmg+11 (-13=100%) 45% penalty

Take step 4 as an example:
If you were to add c-rate+10, all at once, it would be penalized 45%, which equals 4pot penalized. (10×0.45=4.5)
(Potential penalties are always rounded down.) (4.5=4)
However, if you're to add them 1 by 1, the 45% penalty rounded down equals 0. (1×0.45=0.45)

Now let's say we do the same for int+11, int+7%, matk+7%.
Here's how the formula would look:
    Minimum Potential: 54
    Step 1: add int+4% (14pot left)
    Step 2: add int+1 (8pot left)
    Step 3: add hpRec-7%, def-7%, dodge-7 (159pot left)
Step 4: modify int 10 times, each time adding +1 int, to end with int+11 (99pot left)
    Step 5: add int+11, int+7%, matk+7% (-21=81%)
*Due to the fact that there's not much remaining potential, prior to step 5, the success rate dropped by 18%.

If you have any other questions, or need further explanation, please feel free to ask. :)

Yes, you can replace mdef-7% with dodge-7.

    Using Potential: 39
    Step 1: add dex+1 (34pot left)
    Step 2: add cdmg+11 (1pot left)
    Step 3: add c-rate+1, matk-7%, dodge-7 (75pot left)
    Step 4: modify c-rate 10 times (65pot left)
    Step 5: add dex+, eva+3% (-16=90%)
    *dex+6=-37=0%
    *dex+5=-31=20%

    Using Potential: 39
    Step 1: add dex+1 (34pot left)
    Step 2: add cdmg+11 (1pot left)
    Step 3: add c-rate+1, matk-7%, m.pierce-3% (109pot left)
    Step 4: modify c-rate 10 times (99pot left)
    Step 5: add dex+, eva+3% (-16=90%)
    *dex+8=-34=51%
    *dex+7=-27=67%
    *dex+6=-20=83%
    *dex+5=+3=100%

    Using Potential: 39
    Step 1: add dex+1 (34pot left)
    Step 2: add cdmg+11 (1pot left)
    Step 3: add c-rate+1, matk-7%, acc-7 (100pot left)
    Step 4: modify c-rate 10 times (90pot left)
    Step 5: add dex+, eva+3% (-16=90%)
    *dex+8=-24=68%
    *dex+7=-18=84%
    *dex+6=-12=99%

Replaced Crit damage % with Crit damage 11 - 100% success rate. Wondering if its almost the same output.

    Minimum Potential: 35
    Step 1: add atk+2%, acc-1 (1pot left)
    Step 2: add acc-7, acc-3%, matk-7%, m.pierce-3% (248pot left)
    Step 3: add stat+7%, atk+7% (-32=100%)

You can substitute stat+7% for cdmg+7%.

And this my way to modify
    Step1: cdmg2% - Add cdmg +2%, OK, Start, Back then Step 2.
Step2: cdmg+1 modify to Cdmg+6 - Add cdmg+1, Ok, start, back then click again add+1, ok , start, back ----- etc

Not knowing how much potential you're starting with and if it's for weapon or armor, I cannot say if you're correct or not.
    However, here's the formulas for cdmg+7%, cdmg+11, c-rate+11, c-rate+11%:

    Minimum Potential: 30 (weapon)
    Step 1: add cdmg+1%(20pot left)
Step 2: add cdmg+1, modify 5 times, each time adding +1 cdmg, to end with cdmg+6 (2pot left)
    Step 3: add c-rate+1 (1pot left)
    Step 4: add c-rate+1%, mdef-7% (75pot left)
    Step 5: modify c-rate% 10 times, each time adding +1% c-rate, to end with c-rate+11% (65pot left)
    Step 6: modify c-rate 10 times, each time adding +1 c-rate, to end with c-rate+11 (55pot left)
    Step 7: add dodge-7, cdmg+7%, cdmg+11 (-5=100%)

    Minimum Potential: 30 (armor)
    Step 1: add cdmg+1% (20pot left)
Step 2: add cdmg+1, modify 5 times, each time adding +1, to end with cdmg+6 (2pot left)
    Step 3: add c-rate+1 (1pot left)
    Step 4: add c-rate+1%, matk-7% (75pot left)
    Step 5: modify c-rate 10 times, each time adding +1 c-rate, to end with c-rate+11 (65pot left)
    Step 6: modify c-rate% 10 times, each time adding +1 c-rate%, to end with c-rate+11% (55pot left)
    Step 7: add acc-7, cdmg+7%, cdmg+11 (-5pot=100%)

    Adding original element
    Minimum Potential: 43
    Step 1: add hpRec-7%, mdef-7%, dodge-7 (169pot left)
    Step 2: add light, light-resist+11%, matk+7% (-21=100%)

    Adding non-original element
    Minimum Potential: 54
    Step 1: add hpRec-7%, mdef-7%, dodge-7 (180pot left)
    Step 2: add light, light-resist+11%, matk+%
    *matk+7%=-100=2%
    *matk+6%=-90=15%

And my armor pot is 51, then i tried to continued the stating till the end and the ending pot is -22 not -5 pot for 100% success rate :( Thats why im asking if im right or wrong for add/modify for stating :(

    Press Start/Confirm After Every:
    - step
    - time you modify, IF it says "modify x times"

    Using cdmg+7%, cdmg+11, c-rate+11%, c-rate+11 (weapon) as an example.

Here's how the formula is written:
    Minimum Potential: 30
    Step 1: add cdmg+1%(20pot left)
Step 2: add cdmg+1, modify 5 times, each time adding +1 cdmg, to end with cdmg+6 (2pot left)
    Step 3: add c-rate+1 (1pot left)
    Step 4: add c-rate+1%, mdef-7% (75pot left)
    Step 5: modify c-rate% 10 times, each time adding +1% c-rate, to end with c-rate+11% (65pot left)
    Step 6: modify c-rate 10 times, each time adding +1 c-rate, to end with c-rate+11 (55pot left)
    Step 7: add dodge-7, cdmg+7%, cdmg+11 (-5=100%)

Now here's the complete breakdown of the formula:
    Minimum Potential: 30
Step 1: add cdmg+1% Press Start/Confirm "Lock in"
Step 2: add cdmg+1 Press Start/Confirm "Lock in"
Step 3: add cdmg+2 Press Start/Confirm "Lock in"
Step 4: add cdmg+3 Press Start/Confirm "Lock in"

Step 7: add cdmg+6 Press Start/Confirm "Lock in"
Step 8: add c-rate+1 Press Start/Confirm "Lock in"
    Step 9: add c-rate+1%, mdef-7% Press Start/Confirm "Lock in"
Step 10: add c-rate+2 Press Start/Confirm "Lock in"
Step 11: add c-rate+3 Press Start/Confirm "Lock in"
Step 12: add c-rate+4 Press Start/Confirm "Lock in"

Step 18: add c-rate+10 Press Start/Confirm "Lock in"
Step 19: add c-rate+11 Press Start/Confirm "Lock in"
Step 20: add c-rate+2% Press Start/Confirm "Lock in"

Please help me with these two arm formula.
    1. a7%cd7%cd+11
    2. ele,ele11%,matk?%/int?%
If both are impossible with current pot, please give the most plausible stats for these two :)
    Thanks in advance
