It could be considered as such, but the effect is very disruptive for certain builds that need the AMPR. Plus, if they confirmed that was a bug and didn't fix it, the skill doesn't seem worth it to me (I can deal 20k with it when I evade, but this conditionnal damage for the loss of a buff isn't worth it).

It's the damage bug, Gouva xtal, Unsheathe BAngle, Flash Blasta ctually give unheathe Attack+ but they dont improve Charging Slash damage (charging slash is unsheathe) that's the bug

Sorry Zeki, that's my own opinion, if u want DPS go Tempest. For me It's more to Survival skill, DPS Is not onlya bout damage but Proc time too. it takes too long which make the DPS low compare to toher DPS. Everyone have different opinion and every skill has different use, you're not always right anyway. Most of my disagree rating came from u lol -_-

If I need to go full agro mode, I'll use swift for rage sword ^^

well... the increase can be caused by Agi+3 from unsheathe bangle...

 

if you want to have aggro fight. i summon my guildie @Clara™ here. shes a dw enthusiast as well ^^. even my tank n fu cant hold her aggro.

Well I'l; define DPS
DPS = Damage per second or Average damage per second

With that long animation and lock your movement, it actually turn to low damage per second, Spamming Astute -> Shadow Step (safe) -> Twin slash (smith) -> end combo deal higher DPS than 150% Phantom Smith in same period of time. You can subs Phantom Slash to Tempest if you want Real DPS (not lock movement animation, u can spam other skill while the storm keep hitting)

And that Freeze (slowing movement of the target) plus Untouched buff is actually a defensive buff a perfect combination to protect urself, usually if u use phantom slash (with swift) while target about to attack movement, u'll finish Phantom Slash right after target miss their attack caused by freeze. That's the timing I always use to protect myself from Fatal attack.

With this Argument I conclude that Phantom Slash is more into survival skill and not a real DPS skill

So give me ur argument why a long-animation Skill with lower damage output compare to Tempest can be a DPS?

Knight Dual Wielder featuring Julie Sigtuna...sry but even though ur using Knight skills calling Julie Sigtuna a knight feels kinda wrong cause u know she 's more like a cute little girl awakening people will to protect her

Basically Julie is not a knight cause she inherits the title of being princess of Gimle so she is actually a princess Dual Wielder
