    Step 2: add int+1, atk-7%, p.pierce-3% (126pot left)
    Step 3: add acc-7, int+7%, matk+7% (-69=4%)

    Due to the fact there's already double negative added, there's not much option for adding your preferred stats.

    cdmg+4%, acc-2%, acc-4 (40pot left) »»» cdmg+7%, cdmg+12, crit+12
    Step 1: add cdmg+1 (36pot left)
    Step 2: add crit+1, modify 11 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+12 (24pot left)
    Step 3: add acc-3%, acc-7 (73pot left)
    Step 4: add dodge-3%, cdmg+7%, cdmg+12 (-1=100%)

    cdmg+4%, acc-2%, acc-4 (40pot left) »»» stat+7%, cdmg+7%, cdmg+12
    Step 1: add cdmg+1 (36pot left)
    Step 2: add acc-3%, acc-7, matk-7% (154pot left)

    Is it possible to replace the -accuracy because Its for my halberd.

    Unfortunately, there's not much option when it comes to negatives on armors.
    Anything besides -acc and it becomes a gamble.
    Your next best option would be m.pierce-3%. (do note; it's a gamble)


    Minimum Potential: 39
    Step 1: add cdmg+3% (9pot left)
    Step 2: add cdmg+1, modify 1 times, each time adding +1, to end with cdmg+2 (3pot left)
    Step 3: add crit+1 (2pot left)
    Step 4: add crit+1% (1pot left)
    Step 5: add matk-7% (76pot left)
    Step 6: modify crit 11 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+12 (65pot left)
    Step 7: modify crit% 11 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+12% (54pot left)
    Step 8: add m.pierce-3%, cdmg+7%, cdmg+12 (-14=70%)

    Minimum Potential: 39
    Step 1: add cdmg+3% (9pot left)
    Step 2: add cdmg+1, modify 1 times, each time adding +1, to end with cdmg+2 (3pot left)
    Step 3: add crit+1 (2pot left)
    Step 4: add crit+1% (1pot left)
    Step 5: add matk-7% (76pot left)
    Step 5: modify crit 11 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+12 (65pot left)
    Step 6: modify crit% 11 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+12% (54pot left)
    Step 7: add acc-7, cdmg+7%, cdmg+12 (+3=100%)

    Step 1: add int+5% (4pot left)
    *int+5% used 40 pot
    Step 2: add int+1, hpRec-7%, def-7%, dodge-7 (149pot left)
    *hprec-7% used 42
    *def-7% used 42
    *dodge-7 used 42
    * 42+42+42=126
    * int+1 used 6
    * 126-6=120
    * pot left from last step4
    * 120+4=124
    * penalty 124+(124*0.2)=124+24.8=148.8 as you said "
    " and how it come out 149?

    Step 3: add int+11, int+7%, matk+7% (-19=100%)

    * int+10 used 60 pot
    * int+2% used 20 pot
    * matk+7% used 70 pot
    * 60+20+70 = 150 pot
    * penalty 150+(150*0.2)=180
    * Pot left 148-180 = -32
    * And how your calculation come out with -19??

    You receive a penalty multiplier when adding from the same category.
    ("Number of items in the same category" squared, multiplied by 5)
    2=20%, 3=45%, 4=80%, 5=125%, 6=180%, 7=245%, 8=320%, 9=405%, 10=500%
    *Potential is always rounded down (example: 10.9=10pot)
    *Penalties stack & carry over to the next step
    *Do note that multipliers can work for or against you.

    Minimum Potential: 54
    Step 1: add int+5% (4pot left)

    int+5% costs 50pot
    54-50=4pot left

    Step 2: add int+1, hpRec-7%, def-7%, dodge-7 (149pot left)
    int+ & int+% = 20% penalty
    Int+1 costs 5pot + 20% penalty
    5+(5×0.2)=6
    hpRec-7%, def-7%, dodge-7 gives 42pot each + 20% penalty
    42+42+42=126+(126×0.2)=151.2=151
    hpRec,def,dodge - int = 152-6=145+4pot remaining=149pot left

    Step 3: add int+11, int+7%, matk+7% (-19=100%)
    Int+11 costs 50pot
    int+7% costs 20pot
    matk+7% costs 70pot
    (20% penalty carried over)
    50+20+70=140(140×0.2)=168-149=19

    atk+7%, cdmg+%, cdmg+12, crit+12
    Minimum Potential: 40
    Step 1: add cdmg+3% (10pot left)
    Step 2: add cdmg+1, modify 2 times, each time adding +1, to end with cdmg+3 (1pot left)
    Step 3: add crit+1, hpRec-7%, mpRec-7 (138pot left)
    Step 4: modify crit 10 times, each time adding +1, end with crit+11 (128pot left)
    Step 5: add atk+7%, cdmg+%, cdmg+12
    *cdmg+6%=-81=0%
    *cdmg+5%=-65=13%
    *cdmg+4%=-48=43%
