   I bought a crystal wand from the Consignment board and it has no stat buffs. However, it does say Potential (34pt) under it. I have not played this game since 2015 so I have no idea what it means or how to use it. So how do I use it?

   potential is required to add stats to weapons or armours
   tech blacksmith can add stats to it
   but u 34pot ain't good enough
