Black Dye A

I've been searching for what drops Black Dye A (For Armor). Now, I do not know if it has been cleared up, or if nothing drops it, but I have been wondering and I would like it cleared up.

If you know the answer, unless it's unobtainable or there's a mob that drops it.

it's not a boss you can't just get the dye like that you need specific events for it
golden week was the recent one

You just have to wait till novermber event and sofiya will be flooded by black dyes.
I think the trope began coz of the main quest story's black knight. If that character is colored in a diffrent shade then it will be popular, becoz everyone wants to be that badass char.
Other than that, everybody have an emo in them. There is one time i went all white on party of all black, and i stood out like a pimple. Wish i was quick to have that screenie coz it was epic.
