purchasing on different devices

Hello there,,,
recently i purchased the leveling ticket on ios devices
but whenever i logged into android devices, the levelling ticket emblems is inactive
(which make my bag, drop rate and ticket still same)
and the orbs from ios purchase not counted too..

can it solved? thanks

 

I'm pretty sure buying those kind of tickets won't transfer the effects on a different type of phone, especially orbs. I remember hearing this type of problem way back in the 2015 forums days. I'm just hoping I'm remembering right.

 

you can't switch acc with different os. if you bought via ios you can only switch via ios again and can't to android

 

ah i see,,, so there are no restore purchase option?
in some other games, when it happen, we can restoring our purchase and then both of device gain benefit from those.
