Blacksmith Basics--Lvl125 Cap

Depends on the weapon tbh. Highest pot md (neither agi or int increasing success of crafting) is the toughest to create while highest pot 1h, bow are easiest. Stuff like staff, armor can have max pot with high success by just adding rest points to tech after 250 on the respective stat. There wont be any point in lvling a craft bs past a point where same prof as the item lvl equips give 100% success unless if they keep increasing the difference between item lvl and difficulty of the equips.

 

My bs have 128 lvl. And if i lvlup up to 140, i will get 12 diff instead. In my case, i still need 23 diff for 100% killer coat craft. So that, i must lvlup my prof until 93.

And for adv garb, i dont need to increase my diff either str anymore. But i dont know how much bird wing i need to get at least 1 adv 2 slot.

Do you guys have any recommend for me to lvlup my prof to 93? How much bird wing i need to making 1 adv 2 slot? And will i get any profit from buy bird wing instead farming it myself? Thanks

 

About prof lvling just craft the highest item lvl equipment or just anything which has 90 item lvl (Item lvl is mentioned below item difficulty in the craft screen). I am not sure which exactly has those coz havent crafted in a long time.
About bird wings every one has different answers like I said it is pure RNG. Some people said 200stks enough for them to get it but I have seen people craft 500stks without getting one too. And no dont farm it yourself unless you wanna torture yourself better get a trusted supplier via gifts.

 

200 stk equal 1m, and 500 stk equal 2.5m. If adv 2slot worth 3m, i can get 2m-500k depend on my luck in just making adv everyday. Then making BS VIT is very profitable right? There's any cons in this job instead farm mobs or boss?

Your english is understandable so don't worry too much about it and like Aya said crafting 2s is based on your luck with rng so it can be very profitable but it can also bankrupt you like refining or gambling.

 

And one more question.

When i making armors, i feel there is difference slot percentage in adventure garb, killer coat, and armigma. You guys said this is pure RNG right?

In 50 crafting, i just got 2 slot at adv. Instead killer coat got 3-4 slot, and armigma got 6 slot. Does diff affect slot chance? Or its just my luck?

If you want higher pot, 240dex/str rest in str/dex if not 240dex/str rest on tec.

just to be sure, so we need different characters to make different weapons with high pot?
i mean if we want to make a 2h sword and an armor, we need a bs character with full str stat to make the sword and another bs character with full vit stat to make the armor? is it like that?

 

Not full. For 2h 250str rest in tec.
For arm 250vit rest tec. So ya diff char.

may I ask, what are the three anvil skills for? it says raises prof, but I see no change

 

Three Anvil in top of skill is like "raise your proficiency lv cap"
First anvil for make your bs cap lv 50 to 100
Second anvil lv 100 to 150
Third anvil lv 150 to 200
That level not character level, but skill / proficiency level

 

so do I need to max out or can I leave it at 5?

 

Well, that depend on your blacksmith job.
If you are blacksmith that dedicated to create the equip, then you should do it. At last lv 10 skill to maximize your proficiency cap.
If you aren't blacksmith that dedicate for creating equipment, leave it at lv 0
