Servers are down :(

I hope it works. Best of luck. Actually I got characters through Google back two times. Once I uninstalled toram by mistake..

 

When I first started playing there was a failure to log in and I had to reinstall and reaquire data through google play- and it worked. Hope it will work again

 

When I tried recovery through Gmail, I got a notification that there are no characters. But the game was restored when I restarted toram (without connecting other account/creating other character).

Yes. Once. I deleted it by mistake. Written in above posts. It's about link through Google account

 

Also I guess ppl can try it now if game can be restored.
At least for me, I can go till the character creation window. So just try linking same Google/mail account. After linking is successful, you see the error message after it tries to log in.
Note: dont go to create new char as it cannot be created

Wish they would at least say something and not just elude the English speaking fan base when everyone else is back up

 

I have work in 2 hours and I would only be able to check again after 7 hours
So frustrating

Just register an email of yours and go to your email and click the link to finish it. That way if you get a new phone you can transfer your data.

 

Lol toram doesn't work on weekends it won't be likely up till tomorrow.

 

Actually, news for everyone. Toram is working on the issue and they have been since it happened. According to their Facebook post the server crashed and they have put in long hours trying to get it back up and running. They said they hope to have the servers up soon. Soooooon *-*

 

I will post more updates as I see them for everyone. ^.^
