Can the devs please acknowledge us?

Demand Toram at their actual website. I mistook this location as a place to talk to actual Toram employees. Oops! ^^’

 

Its all good but i been here since servers crash (have insomnia so can't really sleep) getting rather annoyed at all the new members spamming and giving false information, but shouldn't lash out I seen over 10 thread of same issue and we can't even use shoutbox without players holding conversations in threads (not supposed to be doing this) since it is a rule of forums to stay on topic to what the thread is about.

 

I know, but hey, we are all human. Sometimes I get mad at things that aren’t a big deal either. I was frustrated at first, but we both apologized, AND I found out there is a different place to post it. Thanks for having my back tho, that was nice of you. ^^

 

And honestly I should have read the rules. It’s kind of like that terms af agreement we accept without reading. >.<

 

I agree! Some transparency can go a looooooong way of making your crew look good. But there could be a ton of factors of why they didn't. Personally, I don't know why you wouldn't want to do that, but....
And I hear ya about the friends thing. I got Discord for that reason alone actually. Maybe that's an added suggest. Add your buds there cause you never know when some odd stuff might happen. Might be a crash. Might be a closing.

I was just as frustrated as you not knowing what was going on. But you know where we actually should have found information? Toram online’s official Twitter and Facebook.

No one on here actually knows what’s going on, and they keep having to repeat it over and over again, which is why some of them got frustrated, but they did apologize. :]

I know it sucks. I miss my friends.
But I think we should all go to their Twitter and Facebook to ask what’s going on, now that I know the information can’t be found here nor can they do anything about it, since this is a fan-made forum.

It might help on their end to put fan-made somewhere on the main page, maybe on the main photo? But either way, Toram has posted things on their twitter, while there is still an issue going on, without acknowledging the issue. I think we should all try to let them know on their Twitter and Facebook. :]

 

Apparently, we get the same news as fast as anyone else. All that is clear is that toram employees dont work during weekends. All information posted here can only be read by us fans of toram and not by the employees of toram. We are all annoyed and most likely pissed off due to the said issue but there is nothing here we can do but whine along with you.(it also create extra unnesesary work for our forum mods that are also fans of toram).

So please read the very bottom line of each page you see here.

Well I just know that u need a forum acc to read threads, Wasnt like that before. Explains why there are a lot of new forums acc now. But, you dont need to call the admin for this forum(Vash) 'Stupid' for that, He have like 10 more forums to take care of so we can't really blame him for not changing it. Yeah I dont blame all of u guys to make threads but u know what, It's this forums rules to read/find any threads or post about ur questions/discussions first before u make a thread and most of the people that ask you guys to stop posting the same thread is just following the rules. End of discussion.

tbh had no idea what you talking about. havent experienced any connection issues so far. yesterday i did bumped to some unstable connections disconnecting and reconnecting for a couple of times but not login issues

 

Just vent ur frustations on the shoutbox, that way u're not breaking the rules

 

I just hope they can back up the payment date on ticket subscriptions. I know it has only been a few days but that is a lot of time lost.
