What happen to gem?

Im with my pt use a ulti gem at tyrant machina....yes its like hell i know...then suddenly mt start?...my question is will i get back my gem or it disappear after mt?

They already mentioned if they will held maintenance in some minute. I think it is 35 mins. So, they not in wrong case either. That is my opinion.
But, I prefer you to contact Asobimo directly, not in forum. Because we (forum) aren't made by Asobimo.

 

Wew 80% chances that you don't get it back cause,they already put the notice in red words it's ur mistake so have to pay for that.

 

the maintenance notice flashes in red colour in the middle of your screen.
and they do a countdown in the chat, also red colour.

You might wont get it back. I had a similar case where i mis-snythesized and lost about 5m worth of spina and sent a ticket for them to revert it. They refused my request and told me it's them being "fair".

Im still salty about it cos i really dont think that what they did was fair. All they have to do is simply confirm their system for the logs and see if I did made the mistake. I mean logically speaking what would i even gain from synthesizing a +B MD with DG with a statless app then chose the app's stats?

I made a similar mistake in League of legends but at least riot reverted it even though i informed them it was a mistake on my part.

iirc toram always send a warning 30 mins before their maintinance and doing something risky as this was a mistake in your part. But unless you didnt receive the warning (which i think isnt the case) then you might have a go with it.

 

Thats why I always suggest plan well before doing nm gem run use all buff gem and discuss strategy so that run doesnt become 1hr long.

Either way the compensation was revive drop x3 you will have to make do with it =^D
OR you can try send them a ticket and try to appeal to get your gem back but you will have to remember the time in jst when the gem run was going on and stuff.
