Cake Knife Refinemet Failures

I'm getting a bit annoyed here. I'm still new to this game. But two days ago, I created two Cake Knives and decided to refine them.

The problem? The first Cake Knife I was trying to refine took 14 refinements to make it become +6!!!!! And now, I'm trying to make it at least reach +10. So I bought 10 Anti-Degradation pots and used the Damascus Ores I got from farming (99). But after five tries, they all failed! Why?

Are Limited Event items more harder to refine? I was able to refine my Leve Fangs to +10 with only hemitates and no degradation items in less than an hour. But for these Cake Knives, they're so high in failures that I'm scared to waste spinas and lower their refinements. Does anyone know the reason why? What ore am I supposed to use?!

 

I refined mine in less than 5mins to +B.well mine only +7 atk from its base. Refine it in world with less people. I only spent 7 ori from E-B. Got lucky from C-B with only 2 ori.

 

it just the goddess of luck isn't with you. try switching location with less lag. i find that help sometime,.

+10 is +E right?
Use orichalcum uyy from +9 to +10, if your luck is not terrible usually you can success in first try.

 

How much tech does your refining char use? +6 in 13 tries sounds way too frustrating.

 

0-5 hema or 0-7/8 damas ore
I use mith ore from 6-8 cos I have stks of it.XD
8-9 mith
9-E orical
E-B orical and anti deg
Thats what I use with my full TEC refiner till now but I think some of refiner has a better way.

 

Wow +6 in 13 tries really.i use hema for 0 to +6.
0-5 or 0-6 is perfect with no fail.lol
Check ur bs again is it have full tec?

 

I think that's my biggest problem. I don't have a separate character for Blacksmith/Tec

And I really do think these Cake Knives have high risks at +6. Because the risk level is at 10!

I guess I have to delete one of my characters to make a blacksmith/tec one. I was so frustrated that I spent too much spinas just to get a lot of failures.

No one realized that he is refining at npc blacksmith..........

The 4th character slot only costs 3 orbs. If you already used up all your orbs, there's that asobimo cafe daily log in for 1 hour that would give you 20 orb shards(100 shards = 1 orb). 15 days of that would net you 3 orbs but that would be gone by April 1, so if you started later than march 15 then less than 3 orbs. You could get orb shards by adding friends too(10 orbs for 100 friends).

I think you're actually lucky, when I started the best refine I got at the NPC was +7 and that's after 50+ tries..

 

Usually it is easy to reach+8 for mith and +E if you have ori ore and some anti-deg lying around. This is how i usually do it.
1-5 hema
6&7 damascus ore
8 mith
9- E ori w/anti deg(im lazy to farm mino skins)

 

bruh, people outside pay 10m for refine
so, don't give up if you just only consume 10 pieces of hematite, :v

even myself, once upon time ago, consume 50M spina for a single +S item
but that's before fire nation attacked.....

 

Yep Even if u create a bs refiner still things depends on luck(I mean real luck)there is time when I reach +C in just 100k(2 mith,3 Ori and some Anti-deg) Spina.
Try to avoid refineing at same place,keep changing ch!!
if that's not work then relog and try again.
For 0 to +C if u fail more than 2 times then stop and change place.
That's my personal experience don't take it as the perfect method.

 

Yeah, regardless of all the methodology listed above, it’s worthless without a true tec refiner. And the NPC (if that’s what you’re using) can only refine so high. I suggest farming enough spina to buy refinement from a trusted source, OR since we have event going on, saving all those orb shards (30 shards a day for playing for 1hr) and buy a new character slot.
