howto: untradable shield app

    i got an untradable ooze shield very low level

    there is no shield to buy in CB

    how to transfer the app to make it tradable ?

    Secondary Weapons are generally untradeable. Only secondary that became tradeable was Parrying Knife, so unless you were lucky enough to be playing when there was a bug that allowed Parrying Knife be tradeable, we aren't seeing any of the same thing happening in a while, so long as players can't craft them Arrows, Daggers, and Shields. XD
