Image you are a mage casting a skill, while casting, the monster attacks you but you evade and perform an evasion attack, will that evasion atk contribute to the current proration or for later attacks? (Will it raise the magic damge that is gonna be released or not? Or for later damge?)

Won't it cancel the casting if you evade? I'm not sure but I think it cancels it.

Anyway, any proration is counted until your skill/magic hits. If evasion attack prorates(not sure) then yes it will add to the proration before your skill hits regardless of when you casted it.

Don’t have any info about the dagger skill evasion attack, but as understand the dagger skill second arm and intensive knife will not count in proration counter, so it’s didn’t increase your magic damage.

Beside for player evasion, when trigger you are force to jump backward thus any of your skill casting and combo will force cancel.

I know it because I got a 50% evasion character, every time evasion trigger its break my combo.

Oh I'm just saying that skills will only consider proration when it hits, not when it's casted.

    Example:
    *Proration = 150%
    *You cast Finale
*Party hits monster and changes proration to 250%
    *Finale hits
*Finale will consider the 250% proration now instead of 150% when you casted it

As for if dagger evasion attacks prorate, that I do not know.

Also the above poster also confirmed that casting will cancel if you evade.
