Wow that is amazing - it's as if they're encouraging users to run double smite - Dragon tooth and punish ray + strike stab all in one combo by giving free cspd.

This is the first time to my knowledge where Asobimo actually makes weapons with stats that are suited for that weapon's playstyle. Crit, ampr, and aspd for katana; hp (refer to 2hs dying thread), and accuracy (for merc); and finally a punish ray oriented halberd.

The Cursed Crysta! as they name it. Is there any was for us tricked the "Recoil 20%"?

 

Asobimo is getting lazy... Just dye it and call it a new weapon.....

 

TBH, was this boss actually supposed to be discovered by players, or was it some sort of mechanic test that asobimo added themselves but forgot to remove when publishing the update to play stores/apple store? The fact the weapons are copies of previous stuff with godly stats, a broken xtal (that's a first - ever), and the fact this was never announced at all. The super high level (400) seemed weird anyways. This boss features a lot of the mechanics of the newer bosses. It has knockbacks like gespenst, it's xtals give recoil, a new mechanic only see on Gwaimol's bow, plus it also has variable damage caps, that affect both total damage (tenryu hits 500x4 for 2k, while finale gets 3x 2k) which is something gespenst has as well (same working mechanics). The stats, location, plain stage, level, mechanics, and drops (including a buggy crysta) to me suggests that it may have been used for testing mechanics by the devs.
Why else would they rip off weapon apps, recolour them, and give them absolutely good stats. It's like devs saying "i'm too lazy to actually make something new for testing - simply rip of previous art, apply new stats and a new name and id and it'll be a new item". This is how I'd test mechanic stuff on my gaming servers lol
The xtal is also the first ever to have the word "Crysta" in the name, rather than the mob's name, or something else creative.

 

Someone said that on the Japanese version/server, they posted a Haiku that if you solve would lead you to the boss.

 

Its not variable damage caps

Some skills calculate before it attacks and is divided amongst each attack, other are calculated for each hit.

 

I meant variable as in the fact the damage cap changed throughout the battle - like it started much higher, then got down to 2k
