Recoil Test

So I tested the cursed xtal with 20% recoil dmg on a raffy.
First I tried basic attacks and I did receive 20% back from my hit.
My hit point: 578 dmg
I received: 115 dmg
So I tried magic damage by using finale.
My finale dmg: 500k
I received: death

Rip to whoever bought my xtals lol. It really is "cursed"

 

Damn, someone is buying those? Wasn't able to sell mine.

 

maybe meteor and phantom users can benefit as they are invulnerable when executing skill.

 

They're gonna die before meteor.XD astute deals more than 50K when its opener.20%(50K)=death XD

 

if u r giving up on your life, thats cursed one way better than death truffle XD

 

Ha! You guys don't know the real potential of cursed xtal, you think the recoil is bad?
It's actually really great to roleplay as a Dark Knight or Paladin, the Dark Knight using power of darkness that consume his own life as the price of power and the Paladin that sacrificed his own life for a bright light to bring down judgment to evil!
Only the cursed xtal allows us to do these things. 0w<)b

 

Well, unless the recoil is also effective on heals (Mini-Heal, Heal) and caster gets 20% heal as a "reward".... *crosses fingers*

 

will zantei automatically activate on a recoil? the gwaimol bow has less recoil so if it can activate zantei all the time, a bow katana sub zantei build would be interesting.

 

I sold them all before maint xD cause I felt like it would be useless once they fix the bug. Sold 2 for 2.5m and sold one for 2.8m, I got really lucky on the last one.

 

i think zentei wont prevent the recoil, since zentei is parrying/reducing dmg taken

 

So, definitely, i have to delete it, right?

 

Why delete it? There could be future gear that would make it awesome. I actually plan to put my cursed xstal on my tank since it gets -crit damage and always crits it would still be good for tappy-tap-tap breakage.

 

Sell it for 10k, I will buy it for roleplay. 0w<)b

Why not just use tenacity with all of the big skills deemed "strong" or "sacrificial"? Since nobody uses the tag anyway.
recoil fits berserkers better. :v.

I didn't even think people would bother buying them...it's what I get for overestimating people and thinking they'd realize it was bugged or read the patch notes. @_@

 

someone wanted to trade me one of those in exchange for stat service. I told them it was useless and they thought i was dumb bc it sold for a lot. Rip in maintenance - the recoil sucks now lol

 

Players are buying that xtal for good enough price to do some tests.
You can't just experience things by watching others, you gotta experience it yourself. Lol

 

what i am thinking is if recoil will automatically activate the 5th attack of zantei as you get hit with the recoil damage and condition to activate zantei 5th attack is to get hit.

 

A Dark Knight/Paladin which can only use their abilities on combo sounds real bad. owo

This question could result in two:

• It doesn't activate 5th attack, which means its bad.
• It actually activate 5th attack, which might means its good, but the 5th attack will kill you, so its bad.

 

im not using the crysta but the gwaimol bow which has only a little recoil
