have you seen P Avatar shout ? i've been there from Friday to Sunday Evening got no party invite. never. even once.
never get a chance to battle her once. why ? because only Finale & tank allowed to get invitation party.

Proof that only Finale & Tank needed in Toram.

TBH, the tank demand isn't surprising. The F-ing annoying thing is how Toram handled Finale.

 

How about stop whining you don't get parties because Tenryu users get Hella invites there :v

that's what i feel too regarding finale.
it was an okay skill, high damage and high mp cost, but with maximizer and how the formula for the damage works it became unfair

 

Most of those invites are probably for the tank XD.

My smith is invited all the time..

 

I ended up resetting a character into a finale bot just because of the demand for them
At Gespenst, Pava, and pretty much everywhere else

The only time my halberd was invited was because I gave it Finale lole

I've counted the same number of physical dps classes still on shout
Even tenryuu users

Yes they shout, me too, but dont get invite
i only got 1 character, this Samurai only, and no, i dont get much time. i stick for 3 days in a row, because i want the katana. but i think i must let it go.
no i dont have guild, and no i dont have close friend. and no, many of my pupil retired or maybe still play, dont know when. i never ask.

Ranting is not going to change the mindset of the toram community. At least the mindset of those who dont visit the forums. You are going to have to adapt, find a group of friends or guild that will help, or stick it through and hope finale will get nerfed and other lv4 skills will get buffed. I'd say, take advantage of finale's opness while you still can. Or make a tank, they are always in demand. Or, just stop being salty about P.Avatar and farm other bosses.

Just go be a Finale Bot
You have the highest odds of being in a party than other classes if you're a Finale
With the pros of having a tank available usually
Hell tanks search for Finale Bots mainly too
And tanks are rare or uncommon

You don't even have to be lvl cap usually, I've seen lvl90s and the like in parties

 

I'm a katana user..almost never get invited...
When get invited we all fail...
End conclusion...I just suck and should delete myself...

 

one of the reasons is finale mages mostly have high hp. i use 2h and katana and still get parties but mostly use a tank. i dont usually accept other classes because they just have low hp and always die. when tanking, i gladly accept anyone with high enough hp and even kick finale mages if they have low hp.

 

I hope any tanks reading this knows
When the boss does the red wave attack there's normally a safe zone just behind her
And that you should move away from her, then close in

And when she goes into her katana frenzy its best to stun/tumble her as much as possible

I'm not a tank btw but I do my best to help them out by tumbling/stunning her when needed and healing the tank

Sucks when the tank dies or falls off cuz they're the crux of the operation

Or just say "to hell with parties" and go solo. Sure, being a solo player means you can't do some events and it can get lonesome, but you'll be free to do whatever you want, play whatever kind of character you like.
