Rare Drop Booster +1

So, since there's no percent sign next to the one, does that mean that this guild booster increases the base drop rate? Like a super rare drop gem, but insted of 25 it's 1?

yes, rare drops (red banner) have +1 added to their drop rate.
but it only red banner items, not the normal ones.

 

I still can't understand what +1 Drop means or how that boost works >.<

 

If its like guild exp boost better use point for sewing tools

 

It adds a flat 1 to the base drop rate of rare drop item. It adds 2 when the guild is level 40. As it is time-based I think it's worth it to invest in.
