Bullet and bowling dmg?

Does anyone know what exactly classify as bowling/bullet dmg it's not arrow? Saw it on the imperial shield stat and could it possibly be hinting at the new skill trees?

 

Corresponds to enemy AoE attacks. Reduces the damage received from those attacks.

Bowling = those sharkfin wave attacks
Bullet = most Player targeted blue AoEs(the ones shot at you)

I thought that the Bowling damage were those Snake-like attacks that can be blocked by terrain obstacles :V So it's all Blue Aoe attacks that cling to the ground?

I also was under the impression that Bullet attacks were those rapid fire blue attacks coz it looks so much like the monster is pointing a gun at me while tracking my every move. X_X

 

Does gwaimol's fireball machinegun and tapir's fruit grenades classify as bullet attacks?

 

Oh thanks XD never knew there were types since they just been called AoE attacks so assuming there was just regular AoE

 

According to the description, yes.

Both Bowling and Bullet AOEs can be blocked by terrain obstacles. When Imitacia was new, I used to abuse this by hiding behind the large pillar whenever it targets me with her Bullet AOE.

 

Sometimes bullets just pass the obstacle and hit u anyway xP
