Ah, two ways here. Just use the Insert funtion, and you'll know how to make it manually...

On linking, just use the @ symbol and the name of the user... like @Lenwok ... Hullo Lenwok~
The last one should be the same as first; just use Insert function for convenience and you can learn to insert manually from there... I think? Not sure...
