    It's not 1%...recoil +0.01 is like 1% of 1%, you're lucky to receive 1 dmg while using it.

    wow you guys are killing these numbers lol. 1% is low enough but %0.1 is 1 of 100points needed to move the decimal to 1.0 so %0.01 is like 1,000 points to reach a full 1%

    edit: I dont mean to make fun of anyone but if anything I blame common core
