as long as you have an account registered, you technically do exist in Toram. But the question is if you even get the right number of character slots and orbs. =m=

Im also like the author of this thread I just started 2nd week January 2019 if they really rolled back to Dec 2018 we are just unknown existence all hard work from Level 1 to 155 erased POOF

 

They must have a payment Record so if it does happen , high chance they will give u back. You could just contact them and send your purchase details during those few months anyways

 

if you bought them legally via in-app-purchases, it is recorded in your google/apple store account.
if your toram account still exists, they will send you the orbs again. and if your toram account gets deleted, you can request a refund and get your money back.
