There's a clause in their terms and conditions stating that they're not responsible for the loss of any virtual items / currency. So, honestly, I do think you should try to calm yourself down a bit as opposed to get really angry, so you're not so devastated in the worst-case scenario .

 

Or asobimo can simply remove toram English version from play store without giving a damn and no refunds, just like what happened in celes arca.

Exactly. If anything bad happens and they are going to return orbs items or Spina it will be on their own free will. Legally they are not obligated to do that. They most likely would cause they want to keep their player base and future purchases guaranteed

 

Double payment , wrongly purchase, unmatched product also can request refunds, but some procedure is different. Server shutdown or company shutdown can’t request refund as I know.

 

Indeed, one time income and continuously income, which bring more benefit I guess no need to explain.

 

Maybe it makes sense if you want to refund for the monthly subscription tickets, since on top of the duration, you also have the right of the tickets for the exact period date you're buying it. But for stuff like orbs you've used, you cant really justify the refund, as for the unused orb, you should wait till the game's up again, or if the games got shutdown completely due to this whole situation.

My point is you cant take back what you've been investing into in form of the content you've already used, that of course includes your farmed items and spinas. All games will come to an end, do you think you can go "Ive played the whole 10 years and the game's finally over! You gotta refund me from all the time and money Ive been wasting on this game!" like so.

Of course they're still obligated to compensate the issue, as mentioned by the other guys, you better wait till they give the compensations, then you can file a complaint

 

Each of us are to blame for whatever will be the results. Those years of many doesn't even care and keep on ignoring those bots, mod app users, etc resulted to this that affects even the true players. Thats why im always against exploiting because i knew what might happen soon.
For all the kids crying like theyre loose everything on rollback, i wanted devs to shutdown the game permanently so i can finally move to a new game.
All im just waiting is their official announcement that its over

 

It won't get totally shut.. Japan is alive and kicking. I've already moved there since the day of the crash cause I knew it will take a while to fix, my job is fixing this kind of ish and it takes real long depending on how bad files are corrupt

Thats what we think too on asobimo's celes arca. But it shutdown without warning. All because of the hacks, bots, RMT in game. Now we can say that they're getting pissed with this tuyul thing and modifying their code to prevent it. What more if they found out that there are line group chats ( like Toram Modder Alliance) thats very active and working together to reverse engineer their APK codes? Oooops

 

That sounds bad modder alliance, my guilds sacred alliance lol. Yes, that is a possibility. Some players are like a cancer with no cure, the only way to cure is to kill it. Sorry for harsh expression. Same happened to my old PC MMO.. got shut after many years due to massive hacks. They know a good part of it, definitely. Logs register any kind of modifications out of server side and it's quite obvious that people mess with app codes. They know crit rates of bosses, skill damage and etc

 

Action is what I promise you.

Actually I want a refund if they did a rollback, since I just cameback to toram at that particular date. I dont mind about monthly tickets, but orbs yes cuz those are pricey xD and I boight alot for the pass 3 months, really hoping they could recover rather then a rollback ono

stop spreading false information. Botting and modding did not crash the server. Don't talk if you don't know the technical details of it.

Toram's IaaS provider was hit with a new type of DDoS attack ( google "Powerful New DDoS Method Adds Extortion" for more detail. I can't post link here in this forums), we are working on tracking the source of the attack. It's likely that the attack was not aimed at them, but another service hosted by the same provider. It's true that Asobimo was at fault for not properly storing their data, resulting in a longer than expected recovery.

 

DDOS might be the caused of the connection error. But it only prevent IP from access. And when they said data got wipe made me confused. There are limited infos we know. But if that server data problem was caused by an external factors, maybe the atk was more deeper than a DDOS. Coz i can assure you anyone who got a background on networking can easily access a server/domain IP and can cause damage using the right tools.
The friend emblem removal announcement came out from no where, 3mos rollback sounds savage when they can roll it back on every update last weekly update like after they removed the eidenloebe event boss. I think they evaluted game player's activity and found out that this emblem abuse was at its highest on those months that made them decide to make that rollback restore point date.
