From what they were saying on the news, the hardware got busted. So rolling back to December was inevitable. They would roll it closer to February, but they couldn't. Do you think they deliberately did things that make them lost most trusts and loyal players like this? The loss is also big for them.

 

Honestly tell you, previously I do send a 500GB hard disk just to recover the data inside, and it’s take me about 3-5 working. And good bye

 

There might be a lost. But not that huge imho. Coz they even said something about bots and tools used in this game. So in terms of profit, legit purchases only contribute a very small portion compared to the exploits activities. The trust lost might not came from their legit players who spent coz itll be refunded soon slowly(i hope), but from those who spent their time exploiting the game coz they cant complain for the orbs/items they gained from tuyuls.

 

Yeah. at this point we can only assume things. ASSobimo needs to refund all those paying users or the trust will be gone for sure. But one thing we must not forget: people will always try to exploit things. There is no perfect security.

 

What will happen is because these exploiters cant refund their spina, gears, orbs obtained between the rolled back period, theyll be at rage and might sway others to get angry as well
And like i said those legit players just need to follow up if they're legit to what they claimed they bought something. They can check it coz i believed transactions from play store are fully recorded on our playstore app that can serve as our proof of legitimacy

 

That was not the compensation for the issue. That was compensation for the regular maintenance. Compensation for the error has not been distributed yet.

 

100% exp boost is kinda bullcrap to me since we lost 3 months of progress. I was hoping for 250% exp or something since some bosses are annoying to fight and not to mention we have to level again with the nerfed skills.

 

Tbh exp is last thing i care coz exp comes automatically whenever we grind. Ill be more concerned on the limited items i acquired already that imo i need and the +S thats no guarantee to easily get. Anyways im still grateful they'll give free resets at the end of the month

 

if im reading their news post correctly, the compensation only covers orbs bought and spent as well as tickets? and promise that they’ll restore lost items? but what would they base it off? people can say they have a bunch of max lvl characters decked with full top of the line gears and they wont have anything to verify it with, since they said the hardware containing a decent chunck of player info got destroyed (made me think, what did suzukiP did to incur such bad luck, not only breaking the hardware for said database but also breaking the hardware for its backup AT THE SAME TIME?)
personally i feel the compensation wasnt enough particularly for f2p players, paying players could get their purchases verified from google play/ appstore records but f2p players who for example grinded mats to get stuff crafted MIGHT not get anything returned to them.
so to sum it up, it feels like the compensation was that they’ll fix this accident(assuming they can) and a few exp boosts for the 3-4 months of your time spent, welp =/
i personally wasnt affected since i’ve been inactive in the last 8-9 months but i do feel bad for everyone who lost a lot of stuff, i know how hard it is to farm mats and spina to get good gears (i think we all do) so IMO this compensation sucks

my caster dat have equipment worth of 100M are gone... my saber dat have more than 30k HP and equipment worth off 50M are gone.... and my archer equipment worth of 25M(for armor and ring) are rolledback......
this is annoying... 100% exp is useless,no wait... its faking crap.... do something for gain something is okay... but this is do something for gain NOTHING....
just give something like exp potion... is this too much for them???

its just like SCAM with new method... too much excuses.... they dont care with player lvl and spina....
and the first compensation are crap 1 orb.. 1 ava ticket...
I hope next compensation they give something dat worth with exp, spina, money, and TIME spent for dis game

 

The different between color is mean to give it more emphasis and contras except the gray one(it's for a whisper or silent comment)

 

Yup and same scenario as when there was a SOPA, people didn't wait for SOPA rules to be enforced, instead they made a petition as fast as possible when they heard about SOPA.
It's easier to change a plan before it begin (not like there's a large possibility to change our compensation but we can always hope for the best)
