dont invite to those who use this kind of mood message , "dont give lead= disband"

 

This brings up a good point, why don’t people like to lead? I see it all the time people shouting but never inviting even tho there’s enough people for a party...

 

Because having to press a few extra buttons is a pain in the ass.

 

I tend to ignore people like that but anyways that does remind me of something that happened last night though. Yesterday i was leveling at Venena on nightmare and our team needed an ally. Despite our host shouting at people to just make a party, 5 people just kept spamming "lfp nm". Got the point where he just said fk it, gave one of us lead and made a new team to ally us. I'll never understand why people hate being lead that badly.

 

reasons why people hate being lead :

- they lazy.

- only nub peasants invite others.

- the feeling of being invite = feelin needed by others = feelin like a pro kiritoe.

- they leech/afk while in battle,giving them lead = more attention = xposed.

- if mems are trash,usually they blame the lead for inviting nubs.


oh,also they lazy.

 

Funny but also somewhat true.
And some probably don't like the pressure of lead, especially if things go badly.
Then people leave the party and it just feels like rejection.

 

Most of dps are like that.Thats the reason people let tank be lead on the occasion. If tank die, everyone leave * it happen to me before

 

I get anxiety pretty frequently when I lead, even in real life.
When I lead, I subconsciously compare myself with my party, and if I'm weaker than them, I start wanting to back out.
Not sure why, but maybe I just feel "not good enough" to be a leader.
If the role was forced on to me, I'd do it, but I wouldn't do it if it was my choice.

 

If they are afraid about that in the game i can't immagine in real life how they are ._.

 

Personally I dont like be stuck with it because I always get stuck with members that leave in 60 seconds when we cant get a 4th guy.

 

Rather it's like this BECAUSE it's ingame. The only parts of yourself people can see and judge are your stats, in-game appearance, in-game reputation and the way you talk. Communication methods are much more limited compared to real life and if something goes wrong, it's more difficult to resolve when the only method is the chat where you need to split your sentences into four or five parts to get your message across.

 

Another reason is when their wifi died or they have connection problem they won't have to switch to mobile data and re-log just to transfer the lead. And the leader just have to kick him out

Yea the root of it is just they're being lazy

 

Those extra buttons. Extra work. And no one is paying you for it too.

 

I've had the same thing happen at Loli Empress and also started a few runs myself not realizing the Ally had disbanded then got stuck with Balft and Pelulu as the helper other times. Mostly people are just lazy and don't like being told "invite more" or "we need Ally/get Ally", had someone do the Ally message part when I had already said "LF Ally (insert difficulty here)" 5 times in Shout so it gets annoying after a while.

 

I agree totally if someone gives me lead i pass it to someone more qualified sometimes these passing games dont end

 

Personally,i only have problem on lead if im pretty tired or my phone started to acting up
Also speaking about phone,nothing more frustrating than app crashing when you are a lead,i don't want to be like that
Also,i think dps that don't want to lead at all (From my experience) is usually snobbish af or silent as dead men.
Few times i run in Titeres,i got pt member leave because my pt is "Not pro enough" or dps just plain quit pt without any words

 

If I'm DPS, I'll lfp.
If I'm Tank, I'll lf3m.
I play DPS, no Tanks are available.
I play Tank, the Tank players shows up and the DPS players I pt with (randoms) all suck. (Yes true my experience, I am very lucky)

Well let's just say if only everyone has a Tank, can tank, and for one another. Everyone can take turns lvling and be happy.

But sadly, we all very well know we humans are very self-centered and self-conscious.
They rather let the "stronger"/"experienced"/talkative players to take the lead cuz well idk they seem awesome.
Players who take the initiative and attempts to communicate are clearly cool apart from players who they themselves see this sort of situation:

I'm the same, I actually don't mind being lead of the pt, but I use a potato phone and my connection usually sucks, so if the app crashes sometimes it would take me 5-10~ minutes to relogin back again, or even not at all. I don't like to inconvenience others like making them wait for 10 minutes waiting for the lead to relogin back again, only for me to not be able to login because of sucky wifi, I'd rather someone else be lead so the lead can kick me if I don't relogin after 5~ minutes.

Everyone happy.

Everyone quits.
