I've been banned??

So basically, my cousin brought orbs for me without my knowledge using my visa, and I didn't intend on buying. I asked for a refund, then the next thing I know I'm banned. Any help please? Is it permanent? I didn't think refunding orbs would have a penalty..

How do I get unbanned I spent 4 years building everything I have now..

 

Yea they been pretty trigger happy about banning over refunds. My best advice contact customer support and submit a ticket detailing what happened and hopefully they'll sort things out

Yes, the ban is permanent.

 

If you read Toram's ToS when you created an account, you'd have known that refunding is a violation of their ToS.

You have to go to en.toram.jp, find the support page, and submit a support ticket to explain to them what happened. Someone else had the same thing happen before on these forums and got his account back but it was basically wiped. Only consolation was that they restored his characters' levels, and got compensated w/ thousands of orbs, and got some other privileges.

 

I honestly doubt they do this for every case, so not much of a hope. But yea, worth a shot (same as reading ToS before writing them anything)

 

They shouldve made it clearer, especially when the penalty is so severe. Or at least make it so they could lift the ban

Also,

I just got back after showering, and asked my guildmate to help me get that heaven feather garb, then suddenly I got this message where it said "Account Suspended" and it kicked me out.

I couldn't get back in after that ;-;

Asking because I haven't been able to login for hours, and thought maybe I should check spam folder.

 

It's because of scams brah.

 

A policy thats preventing cheaters thriving via an abusable feature in Google's/Apple's policy in all playstore/appstore games.

 

There are parental controls and authentication features on google play store and apple app store that could prevent purchases from going thru w/o inputting a pass code or credit card security pin. It's just a good practice to use such things. (despite it becoming an inconvenience for having more steps to go thru)

@Trippyyy There is a thing called Refund Fraud. This situation is an example of how most Japanese game company prevent one of those.

Yeah the universal trick many are used to on most game with in-app purchase will not work here anymore

 

in majority of game, if you refund = ban

and that is why you should'nt disable the security or verification settings for purchases on your device
